Hotel moderne. Chambres correctes mais salle de bain petite et peu fonctionnelle. Petit-déjeuner correct.

Olen kolmas kerta sen hotelissa js tosi hyvää palvelu ,hyvää sijänti rautatieasema vieressa ja kauppat kaikki ihan lähellä.

Hotel is well situated next to a shopping centre in the best part of Charleroi. Comfortable hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Good sized room - only drawback being that bathroom facilities are in bedroom (basin is open-plan & would have preferred more privacy). We enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant and breakfast was plentiful.

Hotel was good, the only problem was that the postal address on the automated correspondence was an underground car park without pedestrian access. Trying to arrive on foot from the railway station proved to be difficult and confusing!

Very short stay, so it fitted our needs. Room was very hot though. There was air conditioning, but it was too noisy to leave on.

Dirty walls and found chewed gum next to the sink in the bathroom.

It was a nice experience, breakfast was great

Yöpyminen sujui hyvin, vuoteet hiemsn kovat. Yleissiisti. Nykyaikainen.Kohtealias henkilökunta. Hotelli on keskeisellä paikalla. Aamupslan heikkous yllätti, tästä kuitenkin etikseen maksetaan (suppea valikoima, lauantsina vielä ok, mutta seuraavsna aamuna puuttui tuore leipä, vihreät ja juustot kuivuneet, osa lämpimistä oli haaleita), aamupala ei siis täyttänyt mitään kriteerejä.

Séjour avec une amie, très bon confort et service. J'ai pas profité du petit déjeuner car je l'ai pas pris cependant l'offre de 15€ pour garer la voiture au sous-sol du centre commercial est une aubaine !

Todo correcto. El hotel está nuevo o bien actualizado. La entrada despista un poco porque hay que coger un ascensor para ir a la recepción. Pero el checkinfue rápido y el out más, dejamos las llaves a unas recepcionistas pero se pueden dejar en otro lugar e irse. Había dos botellitas de agua gratuitas en la habitación. En el hall hay snacks, algo caros, pero nada sorprendente para lo que es el país. Hay un bar y restaurante que no visitamos.

The check-in was good - the receptionist very welcomming and nice. But the room was discusting - very dirty and smelled of old sweat and the carpet had so many stains on it (and the furniture) and the shower cabin dirty. Very uncomfortable - at least the sheets seemed clean but the pillow and duvet had a discusting smell.

Mon troisième séjour dans cet hôtel et pas le dernier ! Equipe formidable sur tous les postes ; chambres modernes et confortables ; bar chaleureux et terrasse ; top localisation au coeur de tout à pied. Testé le petit-déjeuner en chambre : absolument parfait !

Great hotel we moved on the last night to a room with a bath thank you to the manager for arranging this. Rooms very comfortable stains in the corridor carpets should be addressed and the seating in the bedrooms also need stream cleaned

Tout etait parfait. Nous avons apprecie notre sejour du debut a la fin -10 jours.

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen bij de receptie Kamer was schoon en mooi
