Everything - great location!

The staff is amazing and very helpful. Our rooms are nice and clean. The location was perfect! My only two complaints is that (1) I did not find the bed comfortable 😩 and (2) there is a weird sewer smell coming out of the shower. It is pretty strong, not sure though if that is normal… Overall though, we had a pleasant stay.

Perfect location! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops & museums. The staff is what really made me fall in love with this hotel. They are super kind, attentive & are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a memorable stay! I will definitely be returning soon!

The hotel was spectacular, the staff cold not have been any more pleasant and helpful. The property is beautifully decorated with artwork and is kept pristine. The rooms are very well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. The location is near major points of interest. I highly recommend Hotel H10 Madison.

Fabulous hotel! Such a great service from Front Desk, helped with tickets and business center! Loved the rooftop!! The views were amazing with heated areas to stay warm! Great breakfast !! Service with a smile! Great eggs Benedict !

Breakfast was everything you require to set you up for the day. You name it and it was there. Cooked omelettes, along with any other egg dishes were expertly prepared and cooked. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room on the 6th floor was spotless and prepared with care. Everything was in its place and restocked daily. It was a pleasure to stay and be treated with dignity. Cannot praise high enough.
