We enjoyed our stay at Seascape Luxury Residences. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed and more! The hotel is literally steps from the beach but is in a very peaceful spot set slightly away from the main road. It's the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Agia Pelagia itself is quite small with a couple of roads of shops and then a seafront with plenty of bars and tavernas but it has a relaxed, family vibe with no noisy nightlife. The beach is small and does get busy so if you want a sunlounger it's best to arrive early. The sea is very calm and clear so perfect for swimming and snorkeling.

The room and property were gorgeous and pristine clean. Everything looks like it was recently updated or renovated. I stayed at the pool level where my patio was located and then I walked down 3 steps into the bedroom level, which also had the updated bathroom. The pictures shown in Hotels.com are true to form. I felt like I had my own apartment. I could not hear anybody as it was soundproof. The staff was professional and so friendly, which is what made my stay extra special. I even fell in love with the local cat who came to visit me every day. This hotel is within steps of the beach, grocery store and other shops. I was able to walk to another beach. Plenty of amazing restaurants within a very short walking distance of the property. I did not want or need a car as I just chilled for the three days that I was here, but there is parking available. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and if and when I come back to Crete, I will definitely be staying here.

Would highly recommend this place. The service was by far superb. Wanted to especially send a shout out to Catarina and the gentleman who help us with our luggage. We wanted for nothing during our stay! Great place !!!! Wonderful staff!!!!!!Thank you all so much!!!

I have no hesitation in recommending this property, two nice pools and a pool bar, rooms are good and in particular the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be better - no noise, and only 2 minutes to the beach. and try a massage!

From start to finish our stay at SeaScape was perfect. We had prearranged transportation from the airport to our stay, which was all taken care of by the staff. We were greeted by Katerina and Manos when we arrived with a warm greetings and refreshments. The luxury suite and the their amenities were excellent, and very clean.The proximity of the beaches and restaurants were all within a 3 minute walk. Overall a five star experience. We have had an absolutely wonderful stay here. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff has provided exceptional customer service. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The apartments are modern, beautifully presented, and extremely well equipped with everything you could need. They are spotlessly clean, and it’s clear that the team takes great pride in maintaining the property to a very high standard. The daily housekeeping has been outstanding, keeping everything fresh and immaculate. The location is also perfect – just a one-minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Crete.

Wow the staff were amazing so helpful

Very nice compound steps from the sea front with parking and no need to drive. Small beach town with many food and drink options, supermarket choices, and a very beautiful harbor with loungers and umbrella service. Close to heraklion, but isolated from any hustle at all. A perfect stay in a quiet town.

Impossible to have total darkness at night, which was frustrating, but the biggest problem was not being able to leave the room because the lock jammed. It took the owner almost 15 minutes, using a selection of keys, before we could literally escape. It was utterly impossible to leave by any other means, given the height of our room, which suggests that something desperately needs to be done about this in case of fire or other emergency. This massively tainted what was otherwise a reasonable stay.

Check in was great. The room was clean and the pool area very nice. We did not have any beach view. We had to check out by 8 am but no one was there until just 8 am to open the locked gate for us. Breakfast was supposed to start at 8 am but the staff person who came at 8 said it would take her another 30 min to get breakfast ready so we just left without it. Area around the hotel is quite congested and it was difficult to get down to the location.

All the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was perfectly clean and comfortable. We honestly cannot fault them at all! We would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone!

We have just returned from a lovely, relaxing week at Seascape. Previous reviews are spot on. Great location, just a stones throw from the beach and local amenities. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We are hoping to return next year.

Wonderful, clean and modern site. Great staff, very helpful. The only bad experience was a local power outage on our last day that affected dinner and such. Not hotel’s fault but could be common in that region of Greece. Otherwise would have given five stars - definitely would recommend this location !

The property in general is impeccably clean ,staffs are accommodating and respectful however,that big of a property has to have a standby generator in times of blackout.With my almost 24 hours stay,there was a total 4-5 hours power interruption which is a lot to deal but in general,I will still consider coming back to this place ! PS The property is few steps to the restaurants and bars and the beach⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Die Anlage war super ausgestattet und das gesamte Team war sehr fteundlich und immer hilfsbereit und kompetent. Von der Terrasse konnte man zwei kleine Stücke vom Meer sehen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Strand und Geschäfte praktisch direkt vor der Haustür. Wer allerdings Probleme mit Treppen hat, sollte lieber woanders buchen.
