Hotel is very nice, but most of the employees just pass your questions off to another worker. I little annoying.

Clean,close to everything, Disney and water park shuttle

Jasmine at the guest service stand was awesome at check us in. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort and would definitely recommend to anybody coming to Orlando! Close to all things Disney if you are heading to the parks and don’t want to stay on property. Only downside is things to do on property other than the pool. 3 restaurants were advertised and only 2 were open. The 3rd said private event our entire stay but we never saw anything going on. The poolside restaurant had good food and convenient for our days by the pool. Will hopefully be back to stay again next year!

I did not like that I was getting charged basically 40% whenever Ibate ir drank anything. 18% gratiity and an additional 20% "resort fee " added to each bill. I already paid the resort fees up front to get charged additionally each time I ordered something.

The actual property and sunset walk were nice…our room kinda sucked. AC didn’t work, toilet stopped working and our phone didn’t work so we had to walk to the front desk for assistance. Also the floor panels were coming up from wear and tear…Hotel was apparently full and couldn’t move us. Luckily we only stayed one night. For the price I feel like we got screwed :(

No DJ by any of the pools

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Very close to Disney which we were looking for but extremely happy with the hotel itself.

We had a wonderful time at Margaritaville. Our family of 4 stayed in the hotel while extended family stayed in the villas. Very clean and staff was super friendly. A major plus was the H2O waterpark passes for each day of our stay. Close by restaurants, activities, grocery and gas stations for all your needs.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful! The room was spacious, clean, and up to date! Beds were comfortable! Pool within walking distance. Food at hotel was great, but also lots of food options within walking distance as well! Within walking distance to h2o waterpark! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again!

No ice machine working on my floor , only 1 ice machine working on whole floor

The Lobby and all amenities were fantastic! However, our room was not ideal. The A/C barely worked and leaked gross brown water on the floor. The bathroom is cute, but the shower glass is not big enough, so shower water gets all over the floor. The Sunset Strip and Waterpark were great to have and are walking distance from the hotel.

The entrance and lounge area is fantastic. Staff was lovely specifically Javier. Pool.area nice, great family vacation area.

The room air conditioner ran continuously and the room ceiling fan was noisy.

We have been staying at Margaritaville for the last 3-4 years and have absolutely loved the experience with the cottages and the hotel. This last time has made us second guess our yearly trips! We booked a 3 day trip and when we arrived to the room it was dirty. We had stains on the bed sheets, nothing to concerning so we made a call to the dront desk spoke with Tori explained and she said she would immediately have houskeeping come over (we were on the main floor of the lobby)...an hour goes by nothing. My husband went down to the front desk and explained it all and about the call, the man types it in to the computer and says someone will be there in 10 minutes.....we wait and of course nothing, so he goes down again talks to someone else they same the same thing and guess what nothing. After 3 different times trying to just get new non stained sheest no one assisted us so we ripped the sheets off the bed and placed them outside the door. It was just very different from all our other stays the facility as a whole was dirty, they did not take care of the garbage and the room had bed stains on the sheet and on the bedroom walls.

The property was pristine but we had ants on the counter above the refrigerator and the air conditioner from the building across from our room was extremely loud.

I love how friendly the staff is and really helpful, the cleanliness of the rooms and the promenade. This was my fourth time staying and is always great to stay here.
