Breakfast was very good, lots of options. Room was comfortable. Would have been nice to have real glass wear.

The air conditioner was very loud ,they ask me to move to a new room and tge same noisy AC unit

Room was clean, busy hotel, lots of kids, breakfast was not hot and lots of items missing, took time to find attendant! Limited under ground parking!

Goed hotel voor doorreis, kamer is niet groot maar is schoon en ziet er netjes uit. Ontbijt was prima, een paar verschillende broodjes en wat fruit.

Good internet, good selection of television channels and good tv. Rooms were clean, a bit smaller than usual I think, breakfast was typical for mid range hotel. Surface parking very limited but they have undergound parking as well. Staff were good when around, check-in took longer than expected when all we really wanted was a quick check-in with no requirement to actually go to the rooms as we didn’t need to. We were knowingly early, and all we needed was to store our luggage, which they did. Close to bars and restaurants good access to main highways. About 20-25 minutes from airport

Good hotel at a fair price. We stayed one Sunday night, arriving about 16:30. Reception was friendly and quick. We had a third floor room with 2 doubles, city view. It was nicely appointed but missing a desk chair. When I phoned the front desk, she noted it but queried if I wanted one. I said yes (as it provides the only seat in the room). Kinda felt like I was imposing on housekeeping to get me one?! The bathroom had no tub, but a first class shower stall. The beds were very comfy. The room temperature control of the under- window air con unit worked very well. The unit wasn't too noisy, as some can be. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Check out was seamless. We recommend this hotel for a good stay in Kamloops.

Room was as presented online. Breakfast selection was quite good.

I usually stay downtown in Kamloops but it was a good deal so decided to pay a little more and am glad I did. Brekkie was great, parking secure, the hot tub very hot and soothing, the gym was great (but could use a deep clean please), the room spacious and clean. My room was dark so that was a bit of a disappointment (dark paint, carpet, floor, wallpaper) but not a dealbreaker and the A/C worked great.
