The hotel is good; however, the area around the hotel is not very safe, with sketchy people sitting near the hotel entrance. I wond not stay here again

Muy buen apto, muy bien ubicado, la unica contra es que por su ubicación hay mucho ruido de la calle y se escuchan hasta altas horas. Pero vale la pena

Clean room, friendly front desk staff communicated well in person and online. We had a nice balcony view of the plaza in front which was nice however the area does get loud at night with locals being out late and supermarkets restocking early in the morning made it hard to sleep. I would suggest bringing some noice cancellation earplugs otherwise it was a nice property and very good location close to all the main sites and restaurants.

MH apartments are well located, clean, and spacious. A great spot as home base while exploring Madrid.

Apartamento muy amplio, limpio y centrico para caminar. A pesar de tener una estacion de metro enfrente es mejor moverse caminando que en metro. Todo lo demas perfecto!

Location is perfect. The supplies were very limited, only one dishwasher detergent was provided for our 5 night stay!

A 4h du matin, le ballon d’eau chaude a craqué et a inondé la pièce. Nous avons immédiatement appelé le numéro de contact de l’appartement. La personne a mis du temps à répondre et personne n’est venu nous porter assistance. Nous avons trouvé la coupure d’arrivée d’eau et nous avons épongé le sol au mieux le sol. Nous avons demandé l’accès à une autre salle de bains, personne ne nous a contacté. Nous avons donc pris une douche glacée ce matin. Nous avons eu aucune nouvelle du service client depuis notre départ ce matin à 8h.

Apartment was spacious, well equipped and clean.

The room is spacious, tidy and clean. But it’s a bit inconvenience as towels were not being changed even we stayed for 4 nights. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The toilet in the suite cannot be flushed. The soundproof is not quite good. I heard my neighbor arguing. But there are minors. Overall, i like the location, the inside space is perfect.

Very clean spacious room with very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was super clean and comfortable. The air conditioning system was functioning very well. It has a small kitchen but with all rhe necessary appliances to make our day breakfast, because we just explore new restaurants each day of our stay. The property is located in the middle of two supermarkets that have everything you need. We spent $50 buying groceries to prepare our breakfast during one week and we were amazed about how cheap is the food compared with our hometown. In addition, you just cross the street and you are in the entrance of the Metro Station. We felt safe walking through the streets of Madrid and the property surrounding. We just fell in love with this city.
