Location is ok, receptionist was polite and helpful. Room and sheets were clean, the only problem is the property needs update.

Mittelmäßiges Hotel in Stadtrandlage, mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln noch passabel erreichbar (Metro + Fußweg). Für eine billige Übernachtung gut machbar, aber nicht zu viel erwarten.

I booked the hotel for only one night stay. Early in the morning (5:30) there was no warm water to take a shower before my flight. Really disappointed.

On arrival room was quite cool despite heating being set to 30º. We inquired at the front desk and told there was no heat in the entire hotel for another 2 days, but they could provide us with extra blankets. Despite this we were cold overnight. The heat did kick in 2 days later as promised, but far from ideal to not have any heating when it is 10º outside overnight and not be advised of this on booking or check-in.

Buon hotel, un po vecchiotto ma confortevole

The staff at the hotel they are really nice people. But the room conditions are not as expected. Room was really clean but its very old conditions.

This hotel was really good. It was clean, the staff were friendly, There were no complaints about the actual hotel. The only downside is, that it is a little far from the city, but you can always get a taxi as they are fairly cheap.

The Best place close to the Airport on the best price.

Het was redelijk te doen om naar de metro te gaan. Maar zeker niet het mooiste omgeving. Tegenover het hotel is een kleine restaurant. Aanrader. Bestel maar 1 gerecht. Je krijgt een grote portie

No electric pot. We can not get hot water in our room.

Hotel is ok, the shower is not very convenient.

This is a decent hotel for a solo traveler. The breakfast was good. The room was quiet and its close to a grocery store. There's a metro station entrance a couple of blocks away that i wished i knew about when i got there. I found it by accident. Sofia has a great underground metro system. I didn't find much to do in the area of the hotel, but its great place to venture into and out of the city center.

Para 1 noche de paso y simplemente dormir, eso sí en una habitación doble, porque la twin tiene dos sacos de muelles por colchones. Tuvimos que pedir el cambio de habitación por la mala calidad de los colchones en lo que no se podía descansar.

The front desk employee was very rude and disrespectful

I used to go regularly to that hotel, because of the location. Will never go back there! July 1th the hotel doesn't have AC when is 35 degrees outside, when i called reception he said better open the window. Still cant believe that is even possible, on top on that there was a sign states that we the tax payers paid that hotel 500 000 for COVID. This hotel is NO GO forever

The hotel was difficult to find. Once we found it… the greatest things from this hotel was the gentleman at the reception desk. Kind, always available and helpful! The hotel look disappointing and do not match the pictures in the advertisement in Expedia. It’s very run down, the entrance is dark, smells like cigarettes and dirty floors. The room was clean and big. But it does need to be update. I would not recommend it…. It has potential because it’s close to the airport.

Hotel velho, mau conservado e sujo. A localização também não é boa. A única vantagem foi o fato de ter estacionamento grátis. Mas não voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.

I stayed in the hotel for about 10 days. The single room was small but pleasant, with the caveat that the bed was SUPER SMALL. It was barely big enough for a single person, even smaller than the twin size - something important to keep in mind when booking. Another unexpected surprise - the hotel does not provide basic toiletries (soap and shampoo), so come prepared. I want to add here that there WAS a hand soap dispenser but I don't think that you can use hand soap for anything else but hands. You get one big towel and one small towel, changed fresh every day, plan your bath time accordingly. While the staff is friendly and helpful, many of them don't speak English or have very limited vocabulary. The hotel does provide breakfast but from the feedback from other guests I did not think to try it out so I can't say anything about its quality. The area around the hotel is calm and quiet with good public transport. The metro station is a few minute walk along the boulevard, there are a couple of trolley bus lines not too far either and the biggest arena is within walking distance. There are a few restaurants with good food and good prices but they are well hidden, make sure to do your research beforehand (or ask the hotel staff). The biggest disadvantage for me (big enough to discourage me visiting the country again) - smoking is tolerated pretty much everywhere, there were groups of people smoking at the entrance at all times. The hotel could do better protecting its customers.
