Very friendly staff upon check in and the room was very nice. Spacious, great bed and super clean.

Checkin was a bit tricky as had to wait outside and ring a bell to get someone to open the door to check you in. We had to ring twice. Receptionist was very friendly. Room appeared cute and clean. Noise from bar was louder than expected even after reading reviews but we put the tv on and fell asleep to that. With sheets kicked up in the morning we noticed the single bed mattress had horrible discolouration and should probably be thrown out. Overall stay was ok but would probably pick somewhere different next time.

Room was very nice and the venue was excellent. Getting a couple of drinks in the Bar included was a nice bonus and the buffet restaurant was wonderful.

Great location, nice bar

Rooms were lovely, bed was soft but comfortable. Other reviews have made reference to the noise on a Friday night… we can definitely vouch for this. Saturday was quiet enough to be not bothered by it all Double glazed windows wouldn’t hurt if renovations were to occur. Did not utilise the venues food or beverage options available to us, so we cannot comment on them Car park could do with some maintenance, nothing to be afraid of though! For those with an EV, Evie charger in the same car park area as the hotel. Would have given 3.5 stars if site allowed.

Excellent staff and breakfast very clean

The room was clean and tidy and was serviced each day. The only downside is that the rooms are situated above the main bar, so you can hear the chatting & music, so if you are a light sleeper this is not for you.

Basic but comfortable room met my need for a single night stay. Convenient location in the eastern suburbs for what I required. Good food and entertainment options within the facility. Quite loud from the bar downstairs until 11pm but then quiet afterwards meant easy to sleep.

Great hotel for a short stay. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Hotel located on the back side of the casino and above the outside bar area. Area where rooms were located was behind a locked door, so bar and casino patrons were not able to wonder down the halls past the rooms. The only downside was that the rooms are right above the outdoor bar which stayed very loud until around 2am on a Friday evening. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The hot water takes a very long time to come through. A big person would struggle using that toilet and bathroom. The tv in the second bedroom kept going on and off and was a challenge to work due to long engagement times compared to the tv in the loungeroom. Staff were friendly. Quite clean. Comfortable overall aside from that.
