This is an unusual property as it is located adjacent to a Buddhist temple. The staff at the hotel honor the spirit of the temple. The breakfasts were extraordinary and embracing quality and healthfulness. The customer service was all you could ask for. I had the opportunity to join a Buddhist ceremony in the temple early in the morning the day after arrival. it was an experience I will never forget. The hot bath in the beautiful bath pool was wonderful. The staff are kind and responsive, and the facilities beautiful. If you stay here, you will never forget what a wonderful experience you have had.

Comfortable, quiet and close to some lovely parts of Kyoto. There is an 11pm curfew to get into the building though so not idea if you want to stay out past 11pm. The parking was confusing but once we knew where it was it was great. Very convenient and plenty of parking spaces. It is part of the Buddhist temple so offers a unique morning ceremony if that’s of interest. Staff are friendly and helpful.

知恩院の真横にあり、紅葉や桜の時期にまた訪問したいです

知恩院さんの宿坊をいつかは利用してみたいなと漠然と思っていましたが、今回宿泊をさせていただき、とてもよかったです。スタッフの方の対応は親切で、また立地がとても良いこと、駐車場もあり、朝のお勤めも参加をさせていただきました。とても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。また利用させていただきたいです。 浴室がすこし匂う、また部屋にあるドライヤーの場所がよくわからずということがあったので、頑張って探さなくてもドライヤー（もしくは何かのアイテム）を見つけ出せるとよいなと思いました。

Incredible location in the Gion district. Room was adequate, roomy and clean.

周辺に観光名所がたくさんありとても便利でした。

Amazing to be able to stay at this famous temple and attend an early morning Buddhist service. The hotel was extremely clean, with a simple onsen, and a great location to explore the east side of Kyoto.

祇園へも平安神宮へも歩いていけます 駐車場は出し入れ簡単で無料です 夜8時から朝8時半まで駐車場の門が閉まりますが無料代替え案ありました 静かで落ち着いたホテルで大満足でした

Very large room, the onsen onsite was amazing, and the staff were helpful and accommodating.

静かで、ゆっくり過ごせました。温泉もきれいでした。

今回は知恩院さんでの回向の為、2度目の宿泊ですがスタッフさんの対応もお値段も立地もよくとても満足しています。大浴場が有るのがこの寒い時期に体が温まり良かったです。また、宜しくお願いします。

とても綺麗な宿泊施設で快適に過ごすことができました。 限られた時間での滞在だったのですが、次回はゆっくり泊まりたいと思います。 予定もあり素泊まりだったので、次は食事も楽しみたいです。

祇園近くの最高の立地です。それでいて知恩院に隣接していてちても静かな環境です。最高の宿泊施設と思います。部屋も清潔だし大浴場もあり朝食もおいしくとても良かったです。 更に良かったのが晨朝法要です。初めての参加でしたが、荘厳な気持ちになり1日が気持ちよく過ごせました。ただ、1月下旬に宿泊したので晨朝法要はとても寒かったです。次回は防寒対策をしっかりして参加しようと思います。 総じて大満足です。次回も宿泊しようと思います。
