Parking was a bit of a nightmare then when we checked in they couldn't find our booking. Finally sorted that out and the young man on reception was very helpful. But then we were told that despite getting an email asking us to book a table in the restaurant, both restaurants were shut and so was the bar. However this was a result as we walked along to the Cowherds pub which was excellent.

Staff was so nice and the room was great

We loved how close it was to the Commons park and the Cowherd Pub up the street. Rupi and the staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and dinner are great.

Hotel is a little bit tired but acceptable for the price. Breakfast was good. Disappointed to find out on arrival that the restaurant and bar were closed. It would have been useful to have known before as we had planned on eating there.

I think I had a very different expectation about the room I stayed in. It was very small. Definitely, it looked differently when compared to rooms' pictured on The Elsabeth House Hotel's website. There were no shelves to unpack my stuff. The bathroom was very poorly equipped. The room was clean and the Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and the Bar had good food. A very friendly family run hotel . Very reasonable prices on food and accommodation. I am an early riser and they made me the most delicious take away breakfast roll … I will certainly stay again ….. keep up the good work!

Convenient to bus stops, Lidl and Resturant

Brekfast is fresh but there is very very short menu they offer. They should work on their in lunch,dinner and breakfast.

Room good size, staff very helpful, parking a little difficult due to car park quite full.

Room was clean although very noisey due to facing the main road. Staff were friendly and polite. The food in both the restaurant and breakfast room was nice and freshly cooked and very well priced.
