Rooms are heated. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Provided room service when needed and very timely

Air conditioning efficiency is a bit low, hot water in the washrooms have some issues

Property semi clean. Linnen aged and not enough. No face tissue. Too much noise at night. repeated complaints all went in vain. No action taken. Dogs barking out side constantly.

Took an hour and a half to check in, then sheets not changed. We ordered food from room service and after an hour they had the cheek to say the duty person changed so they have not registered the order! Overall an experience best forgotten.

It would have been a nice stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel except that the doors were not built to close softly and lightly. I couldn't sleep at night. Door banging all night long.
