Rating & Review Keseluruhan Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge

We had to cut our stay at the hotel by one night as I received some devastating news on the morning of 5/17. I went to the front desk to let them know we needed to check out early due to this death in the family and asked if we would be able to at least get refunded half of our Saturday night stay. Bethany was so compassionate that she allowed us a full refund on the night stay and a refund on our parking. She even called the 3rd party hotel site for me to talk to them about a refund. Another employee walked up the desk (I did not catch her name), saw how upset I was and asked if I was ok. With a concerned look on her face, she brought me a bottle of water and then got a box of tissues for me. I did not catch her name but I want to thank her too. She and Bethany made empathized with my situation and showed so much compassion. Something you don't see much of anymore. You can bet that I WILL return to the Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge on my next visit there. Thank you to both Bethany and the other employee. They were amazing.

The staff throughout the facility was excellent. We had reserved a room with a King bed, upon arrival we were told that wasn't available. The person at the front desk was outstanding and made compensations for the lack of the King. The room was better (two queens) and the upgrade to breakfast was great. My wife was not happy with the lack of grab/safety bars on the tub. Maybe next time we will opt for another room with these features. Thank you for a great place and exceptional staff. Beautiful location only issue I had was the door didn’t shut when I left so I came back and only had to push my door open.

The plug in next to the bed for charging phone did not work at all.

Beautiful location right by the SunDial Bridge!

Quiet, convenient, comfortable bed!

Great location next to the sundial bridge. We were able to check in early and start our relaxing get away earlier than expected. Scooters available for rent near by to get around. Restaurants was great for our get away with a full bar and delicious food options. Walking distance to the bridge and garden.

A very nice hotel for Redding.

We were going tonthe Redding Light Show, and needed a place to stay. The location was perfect and just what was needed

Clean hotel, set back from traffic. Nice local grounds, decent restaurant.

Cheap thin toilet paper and $14 to park. Sad for such a pricey place

Third floor breakfast was disappointing, it was nice to have the option if you’re on a budget or in a hurry Adding fresh brewed coffee would be plus. Eggs could use ham or cheese in it, potatoes were dry, oatmeal overcooked, other wise great stay overall

Great spot. A little pricy, but excellent location to the Sundial Bridge, Turtle Bay, fly fishing the Sacramento River, and any event at the Redding Civic Auditorium. Quick access to I-5, Hwy.44 and 299.

We enjoyed the pool, Paul Bunyan Park and Museum. Appreciated the comp tickets and friendly staff. Restaurant was fine for breakfast and lite dinner- kid friendly menu was great. Teasla charger much appreciated
