The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is only steps away from the Campo and Duomo and its million restaurants. As to the hotel itself, much is lacking. The “towels” are more like restaurant napkins and tablecloths or tea towels. I was tempted to toss the “towel” on the floor and use the bath mat instead. At least that one was terry cloth. Also, there were no glasses, and no coffee or tea in the room. I have never been in any hotel, no matter how humble, that did not provide glasses (glass or plastic), and 95% provide something for tea and coffee. There is zero counter space in the bathroom for toiletries. On the way out in the morning, we were locked in an interior hallway behind (ironically) a fire door that would not open. I had to call the front desk so someone could come and open that door.
Bottom line: if location is all you are looking for, this hotel may suit you, but I feel it should make a few simple adjustments before I would recommend it.
