I would definitely stay again. The accommodations were perfect for a place to rest between adventures and the staff is super helpful in identifying places to eat and shows to engage. Would recommend setting up time to use the tube over taxi though.

First time I’ve stayed at a Z Hotel and I’ll be back. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was compact but comfortable. Great location in London.

The air conditioning in my room was broken, and the windows did not open. I asked the receptionist for help and they refused to change my room “due to capacity” and offered me a small fan. Needless to say that was not enough to cool the room down. There was also a problem with my TV that kept switching itself off randomly. To compensate they offered a complimentary breakfast and late checkout. Good gesture but not enough to compensate a sleepless night.
