Friendly staff Christian provided great dinning and cultural recommendations!

Such a great spot near Puerta del Sol in the heart of Madrid. Right across the street from a grocery store, restaurants galore, shopping galore and super easy access to transportation across the whole city (or easily walkable to so many sites as well). Was the perfect spot (we stayed twice over two weeks in spain) for our family, will be back for sure!

We had a great stay at Arenal Suites (2 adults, 2 teens, and 1 child). The unit was clean and the staff was super friendly. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. Almost Everywhere was walkable. When we did need to get around outside of the city, we used Uber. We were there Easter week, and the city was a little noisy, but nothing that ruined our stay. We felt very safe while visiting and had an amazing time! Communication was super easy with WhatsApp. The only thing I would note is- the place is a bit hard to find. We got into the city around 7am, and we stored our luggage in the luggage locker place right next door that the staff recommended. Our unit was ready by 1:00 and we were able to check in a bit early. We did have some issues finding the entrance, but the staff was easily reachable to help. We would certainly stay here again!

Great location - very walkable city. Large grocery was nearby as well as many good restaurants. Property was clean and nice.

Excellent location near Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, a bit noisy at night but other than that no complaints! Headed back in a few days, such a great spot!

정말 4인 가족이 머물기에 최고의 숙소였습니다. 마드리드 숙소로 강력 추천합니다. 깨끗하고 위치도 좋아요. 다만 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 옮기는게 힘들었지만 그걸 감수할만큼 숙소는 맘에 들었어요. 떠나기 싫을만큼~

とっても良いコンドミニアムです。 清潔で広くておしゃれ。 そして、なによりエルコルテイングレスのデパ地下入り口が目の前で、SOL駅にも一瞬でつきます。 （建物の北と南両方に出入り口があり、それも最高） 主要観光地にも歩いていけるので便利。 ヨーロッパの長旅は洗濯機があるのがとても助かる！ （ここは、洗剤は日本から持参） 寂れたショッピングセンターの中の集合住宅内にあり、最初は入るのに戸惑いましたが、守衛さんがいたので案内してもらえました。 オートロックのエントランスから、エレベーターまで10段ほど階段があります。 エレベーターは直通ではなく、階段で1階降りる必要があります。 （チェックインの時、スーツケースは持ってもらえました） 連絡事項や聞きたいことなどは、Whatsappで連絡くださるので、日本の方は事前にダウンロードされていると良いかもしれません。 早朝便でチェックアウトしたのですが、ショッピングセンターのエントランスがすべて施錠されていてヒヤリ。 デパートと反対側の出口に、開錠ボタンがありましたが、建て付けが悪く、最初は閉じ込められたのかと、かなり焦りました。 試行錯誤の後、かなり力を込めて引いたら開きました。 これから泊まる方のご参考になれば。。。

The communication and service were great. The place was very clean and nice and the location is excellent.

Excelente ubicación, esta literalmente a 1 min de la estación de metro de sol, tienes todo para comer muy cerca, todo para comprar muy cerca y a pesar de la ubicación dentro de sol, no se escucha nada de ruido. El departamento super amplio, comodo y con todo lo necesario para la estadía, el equipo de recepción super amable. Sin duda, me hospedaría ahí nuevamente.

Beautiful and extremely clean apartment and excellent customer services. Our host Maria was very helpful and easy to communicate with. All in all excellent stay.

Wonderful apartment for 3 adults traveling together. Having the extra 1/2 bath and separate sleeping areas was perfect. Our daughter did say she could feel the springs in the pull out sofa, it might need a new mattress. Otherwise, everything was great. Our communication with Christian about arrival time made everything very easy. He was also very helpful arranging an early morning taxi for our departure. We would definitely recommend this property, and we would definitely stay here again.
