Close to shopping and restaurants

We weren’t informed by the hotel that hot water supply is not available throughout our entire stay. Not when we made the reservation a week ago and not when we checked into the hotel. I wasn’t aware of the issue until I read the notice at the check in counter. We shower with ice cold water on the first night and washed ourselves with barely lukewarm water for the next 3 days. My 67 year old father caught on a cold because of this. Hotel staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I’d say the complimentary breakfast buffet deserves a B- , offers small selection of western food which is not very common in China.

Property was not clean, there were bugs in the room, the toilet was not cleaned, felt really icky and gross
