Bookin on line was easy, my only complaint there was i couldn't find how to book the shuttle from the airport and the person who answered the 800 number was difficult to understand so i just gave up. Check in itself at the hotel was quick and the staff most helpful.

I travel to Las Vegas 12 times a year. I would stay in Tru as it’s a wonderful hotel. This morning I had a 7 AM flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:15 AM. The person putting the food together for the 6 AM breakfast would not let me even have a roll. They were all there and I asked if I could have something before I went to the airport. I have never had a morning person to refuse to give me something simple. I didn’t want egg or oatmeal or anything. I just wanted something to tide me over. The person said no and close down the system. I will look into other hotels in the future.

En general estuvo todo bien. Limpieza 8/10. El piso de la habitación estaba muy sucio. El desayuno es algo sencillo pero está bien. La atención del personal fue buena y rápida.

The good, the bad, and the ugly; good access to the airport; hotel is dated and needs a facelift, but seems clean enough. We had an early flight so there was no time for breakfast. Room was very small, nonsotting area and barely room for the bed. The bad & ugly was the bed. Terrible terrible terrible. Didn’t sleep for more than a couple of hours. Will not be back.

Everyone from front desk to housekeeping was friendly and made you feel welcome. Thank you! Place was just what I was looking for a quick trip. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Complimentary fruit all day as well. We’ll be back!

We stayed here after our road trip came to an end. We chose this hotel because it is in walking distance from the rental car station and because they have a shuttle. The shuttle runs every hour but you do need to reserve it in advance so ask for that during check-in (they also have a sign that tells you this at the front desk). Everything was great, the front desk was helpful and attentive and the breakfast was a level above the standard continental hotel breakfast taste wise. The rooms are a little on the smaller side but very functional. The minus here is that the AC unit is super loud and I woke up multiple times because of it. Also the shower leaked on the bottom so make sure to put a towel down as to not flood your bathroom.

The room smelled horrible as soon as we walked in. We asked for a different room and the receptionist basically ignored me. Will not be staying here again. Room 427

The site was a little worn but cute. My major problem was the AC Sounded like a 57 Buick parked in the room.

The stay at the hotel was fine . Upon arriving at the airport, it was unclear and I could not find the shuttle to the hotel. Couldn’t find the phone number to contact the hotel so I had to take a Uber at my expense.. Can my $20 Uber expense be credited?
