It was fine for a night .. no real food options

Nice

The check in process took around 15 minutes. It was late at night with kids so not ideal. When we got to the room there was hair on the tile floor and dirty towels hanging on the door.

Good value. Glad we stopped here.

Very quiet despite being near the I-system. Clean. Nice staff.

Great hotel, modern/updated lobby area, very welcoming environment and kind, friendly staff. Super clean room and really liked the (vinyl?) flooring in our room, rather than carpet. Looks so nice!

It was fine for the night - 3 lights didn’t work in the room. Did reserve a room With couch but upon checking in our room Didn’t have one. It was too late in night to go request a new room. But hotel Was definitely not full

Hardware in bathroom was very lose and just annoying.

It overall was an okay for on the go type stays. The rooms were obviously redone but someone not knowing what they were doing with texture all over fixtures and paint on door stoppers. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked, the tub did not seal for bathing my infants. Cribs are not available post COVID either so make sure to bring your own pack n play.

Just an excellent experience, quiet out of the way, very friendly staff.

Waited about 10 minutes for someone to check us in since we were a little later. Good otherwise.

The floor of our room was not vacuumed, nails from a previous occupant were obvious. The door plate was on our counter. The thermostat on the heater is broken. The toilet paper hanger is loose. The mirror in the bathroom had the last occupant's flossings. The refrigerator was grungy. The room needs more furniture, like maybe another chair and a table. The linens and towels are nice.

Room was very dirty had to use a washcloth to clean greasy finger prints off, counter in room also filthy when we washed it the cloth come out brown. Floor had dirt and debris along edges and under chair, all lamps dusty along with around microwave and coffe maker. The mirror in the bathroom had toothpaste all over that looked like it had been half wiped off. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall, the lock plate came of when we opened the door. The ONLY reason we didn't leave is because the other closest hotel was booked!
