The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is delicious. The reception staff is excellent. The girls at the restaurant are absolutely fantastic. But they clean the rooms very late and the TV is very old The sink is stained. the stained mirrors The bathtub is damp. but we had a good time

La chambre était spacieuse avec une belle vue L'espace piscine est idéal: grande piscine + jacuzzi + sauna Le tout bien entretenu La salle de sport est fonctionnelle avec du bon matériel.

The location is fantastic, right downtown. It’s easily walkable to downtown and the Old Port. They also have an underground parking facility, which is a great convenience.

The hotel and staff were great the only downside of our stay was that we had to evacuate the hotel due to a fire alarm.

Wonderful property in the downtown. Very central, easy walk to the Jazz festival. Has 6 electric charges for the vehicle. great place to visit, enjoy the evening and leave with the car fully charged the next morning. would definitely recommend.

Washroom for no lock to it. Most useless design of it. No vent in the washroom. Staff is amazing. Design is poor for the washroom. No privacy going with the family.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. The location is more than perfect, with everything conveniently nearby, and having parking available was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

AC hotel was close to everything, Chinatown, Jazz festival and shopping.

Location is walkable to downtown montreal and Old Montreal.

Amazing hotel. Clean and elegant

On the plus side, the hotel is beautiful and the restaurant/bar (Le Palma) just inside the entrance is excellent. And the location was very convenient for the jazz festival. On the negative side, my 7th floor room was subject to considerable street noise until well after midnight. And the room itself was spartan. Both the shower and the toilet were in side-by-side closets. Imagine a clothes closet but when you slide the door you discover a narrow shower. When you step out of the shower closet, getting water on the floor is unavoidable. That's why the flooring in the room is a waterproof vinyl made to look like light hardwood flooring. The hotel shares the building with condos, and during my stay, everyone had to walk downstairs in response to the fire alarm. Apparently, a condo owner had a problem with a smoke detector.

Poor value for money despite the great location. Hotels seems tired. Quite dirty in rooms and pool/gym. Pool room was hot as a sauna and water too hot to swim; not normal. 10th floor rooms noisy due to 11th floor machinery. Parking access not that easy. Common spaces uninspired and restaurant expensive for little choice. Overall a disappointing stay and at this price there were lots of options.
