We had an amazing stay the the hotel. We were there with our 14 week old baby and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating for us. The grounds, especially around the pool are beautiful, and the location is so peaceful. All of the food was of an incredible standard - very fresh and expansive breakfast offering, and incredible food served for dinner each evening, along with perfect wine recommendations. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly enough.

It was our second stay and we absolute live it!!!

Second time staying here. Still feeling special about the Tulli style units. Staff is still excellent but need smart TV.

Beautiful accomodations.

L'hôtel est joli, il manque de charme. Le personnel au petit déjeuner est très désagréable. Il fait 30 degrés, il y a une grande terrasse, le petit déjeuner ne peut pas être servi sur cette terrasse, cela fait trop de travail.

Breve vacanza in una struttura ottimamente progettata e realizzata, ricca di particolari che creano una atmosfera serena e rilassante.

The hotel is truly amazing. Staff is excellent as are the rooms and amenities. It is in the middle of no where, which was great for us. You need a car if you stay here. The rooms are well appointed. Rooms and suites are a short walk from the reception and some rooms have steps inside to get to the bathroom, so be sure to check with the reception before you book.

Ottima struttura nel complesso splendida posizione pulita belli i trulli. Da migliorare.. il parcheggio troppo distante e ristorante spazio esterno troppo troppo piccolo.

Staying in a trillo was a highlight of the trip, this place is so well thought out, clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and there was a very helpful and friendly receptionist who was lovely. The rooms are amazing. The whole place feels like a fairytale. It’s best to think of this as a chill day or two for by the pool and it helped us unwind after matera and travelling. My only disappointment - it was a 30th birthday week for my partner and I had emailed ahead, and mentioned on check in. There was no extras like a note or fizz or at dinner and this was a shame - mainly because we were spoilt in matera with a bottle of fizz and a glass sent by the hotel at dinner. There are also no standard things like free jugs or bottles of water in the room (you can buy only) and again no welcome gift / fruit or token small bottle as you would expect and generally find from this price range, This probably needs looking at and would make the stay even better.

Accoglienza TOP Stanza (Trullo) bellissima e pulita. Tutti gentilissimi. Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro 1 anniversario di matrimonio a Borgo Canonica ed era tutto bellissimo. Ci hanno organizzato una torta senza lattosio (che tra l’altro ci hanno portato in stanza a mezzanotte, gentilissimi) dalla pasticceria dolce antico che e stata buonissima e bellissima. Grazie ancora per tutto.

Very clean and well equipped room.

Gorgeous hotel - luscious grounds, great swimming pool, beautifully renovated trulli. We had 3 trulli to ourselves (living room, bedroom, bathroom), with private seating outside. Breakfast was good, and staff was lovely (golf cart rides to/from parking) I just wish they were a little more accommodating when it came to staying at the pool after check-out (had to leave by 3pm or pay extra). I guess we'll just have to stay more nights next time. ;)
