Great hotel

Overall, we had a good stay! The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and we didn’t have any major complaints. The rooftop deck is definitely a highlight—super cute and a great spot to hang out or unwind. One downside was the lighting throughout the hotel. It has a very dim, date-night vibe, which is fine for the lobby but not so great in the rooms—especially when you’re trying to get ready for a wedding or event. The front desk mentioned this is a common complaint and offered to bring up an extra lamp, but we declined since all the lamps use the same low-wattage bulbs. A couple of other things to note: there’s no microwave in the room, but there is one available in the lobby. Also, right outside the hotel there are bike rentals, and you can easily and safely walk across the nearby bridge. On the other side, there’s a nice cluster of restaurants, a fun arcade, and a bowling spot—perfect for a casual night out. Would definitely recommend for a laid-back stay with convenient access to fun local spots.

Our room was facing the highway and it was too loud. I was traveling with my family of 2 kids, so I couldn’t take their offer to switch to a single bedroom either. The associates were friendly and were willing to offer alternatives that couldn’t serve us though. So if you are travelling with kids make sure you don’t take the room facing the highway.

Clean room

Lovely property. Loved the accessible rooftop with lovely view of the Hot Metal bridge. Location was somewhat isolated but we accessed the hotels free shuttle, that covers a 3m radius and found it to be perfect. We loved the proximity to protected walking/biking trials.

Great experience... unexpected fees up front, but it was all good after 5-7 business days after reimbursements. Very good experience overall. Would definitely visit that location again.

Hotel Indigo has a cool modern industrial look. Is high end for average costs

Nice and clean. Easy access front and back doors.

Convenient location. Nice outdoor space. Friendly staff.

The room was very clean and people very nice. They cleaned the room during my stay which some places don’t these days. Down side-mattress was too soft, water pressure just adequate, lighting in the bathroom positioned so I had trouble seeing to do stuff at the sink. They did accommodate my allergies with fragrance free sheets and do not use drier sheets but do use fabric softener, so I brought my own pillow and wore pajamas that covered most of rest. Location is noisy but that did not really bother me. Some people might object to noise. They did give you ear plugs. TV worked well but there was no guide to the channels so had to just scroll through to find what I wanted.

Love the room and its cleanliness. Service staff was professional and prompt in response. The artefacts salvaged from US Steel mill demolished in 2018 integrated well with the hotel's modern design and invoked good understanding of the history of Pittsburgh. We love our stay!

The design and esthetic of the hotel was great, loved it. I did not like the cold floors in the rooms, the rooms need to be carpeted. Limited options for vegetarian options on the menu.

The hotel was ok, it is near the highway on one side. That makes it noisy. But they left us ear plugs in our room. Nice touch. The complex is nice and I brought my dog so it was a nice walk and scenic near the water.

Great stay!

We had a great stay, the room was wonderful and exactly what we were expecting. Although we were disappointed with the fact we were woken up at 6:15 am by loud construction noises - banging, hammering etc. We were really hoping that our one night away (as parents) to sleep in.

Nice stay at a great location! Hotel room is clean and spacious, and hotel staff is very pleasant.

Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind sehr groß, es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service, das Personal ist sehr nett, es gibt eine schöne Dachterrasse. Das Schlafsofa war sehr unbequem, die Matratze des Sofa war durchgelegen, für das Schlafsofa war kein Bettzeug vorhanden welches uns dann auf Nachfragen bei der Rezeption geliefert wurde

Terrific hotel and great staff.

Nice clean place. Everyone was helpful. We added breakfast and it was wonderful. I was expecting grab and go stuff but it was a nice sit down meal.
