The service was excellent, every aspect of our stay in the Sonesta was excellent. Specially the house keeping team on the 12th Floor. Highly recommend!

Very well located and very well kept property, some of the staff were outstanding, particularly in the bar. The pool area was nice and the life guards helpful but the service on the 13th floor was not the best, quite often there were no staff to order from. The bed was very soft, but it did not give me back problems. The room was very nice, as were the cleaning staff.

Buenas habitaciones, muy bien ubicado. Lo único que cambiaria seria la ducha pues la presión del agua fue bastante baja. El restaurante es rico pero no es el mejor. El desayuno muy bueno.

We did a midweek staycation, and nearly had the infinitely pool and the jacuzzies to ourselves. Incredible staff, delicious included breakfast buffet, and walking distance to many great restaurants. Highly recommend.
