Awesome place to stay. Very close to the lake. Air conditioning would have been nice but wasn’t a deal breaker.

For the most part it was great, the only problem was in regards a towel that they didn’t even wash and told me it was a stain on it. They just went ahead and charged me 10 dollars for it, that it wasn’t even worth that amount. Besides that it was a good place to stay.

The amenities were perfect, room was cozy, service was great for the most part. The only complain was in regards a towel that got dirty and the staff didn’t even try to wash it saying that the stain wouldn’t come off. They just went ahead to charge about 10 dollars for a towel that it wasn’t even have a value that high. I wish they would have treat us differently in this regard. It was very upsetting. I wish another resolution would have been taken

Beautiful well kept grounds with pool and plenty of space for guests to relax around the pool. Modern bathroom and comfortable bathroom. Complimentary breakfast and very nice staff.

Very nice well located hotel in the heart of Panajachel. Friendly staff and very clean rooms.

Su ubicación y amabilidad de su personal, está muy cerca del lago.

La habitación era muy pequeña. El baño tenía un olor desagradable. No encontré una nota o rótulo que hiciera constar que la habitación había sido desinfectada por protocolo. El desayuno estuvo muy bien.

Una experecia única llena de comodidad y su atención excelente, personal me ayudó con mis maletas, recomendación de servicio de lavandería y turística.

Fue muy bueno el servicio , todo muy limpio y agradable .

Good location, great complimentary breakfast. Very nice staff. Beautiful grounds with a nice pool. Beds are very uncomfortable.......kinda like sleeping on a board.

The restaurant is quite good, staff is very friendly, it is right in the heart of Panajachel and the ground are lovely. I did not like that the wind machine was full of dust bunnies.

Great staff and location.

Check in reservation with the hotel as well, there was a misunderstanding with our room and number of guests but they were very understanding and fixed the situation with no other problem. The room was clean, and also the installations. Its very centric to the Santander street but you can't hear the noise. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was family friendly, not climatised, but perfect for the weather.
