It's not a hotel, it's apartments for tourists. The location is superb, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The decor is beautiful and elegant. It's unfortunate that the management overlooks several details, such as dishes left unputdownable in the washing machine, a lack of coffee, clean but stained towels, and a leaky air conditioner. I maintain that the place is lovely, but in my opinion, poorly managed.

There is a difference between vintage and charming and just plain old and tired. The tiles are a hazard on the staircase, broken and littered about. The room with somewhat sad furniture. Almost impossible to open the door of the room. Nice to have a kitchen but we didn't use it. Free laundry service offer was nice also but we didn't use it.

We were pleasantly surprised to find we could do laundry for free there!! Instructions were clear. Bed comfortable. Cooking ability basic. Wi-Fi bumped us out a few times. Lovely bath. Plenty of light. Big apartment. Recommend getting a courtyard room if you want absolute quiet. Otherwise, we looked out over the street. Lots of light through big windows. Great location in old town close to river and food stores.

The building is falling into disrepair. The suite is spacious but quite dark. The pillows were pathetic & the shower is extremely small. A small supply of body wash, shampoo, paper towels etc would be a bonus.

The apartment was clean and functional, with some items to cook but there were a few issues: leaking in bathroom and kitchen sink that were reported but never fixed; tea kettle very dirty (needed a good descaling - was not usable). A couple of pans, no pots.

Well equipped, spacious apartment in a very pleasant building. Located close to beautiful place and plenty of amenities. Friendly and helpful welcome. Merci beaucoup!

Quirky studio apartment in the heart of Arles. Great kitchen and living room. Netflix a bonus.

Excellent kitchen No parking

The apartment is very spacious. We didn’t cook in but the kitchen has everything that you would need. It was within easy walking distance to all the highlights of the area The parking that was supplied is very close. Definitely book it.

Had to walk up 3 flights of circular stairs to get to the room. Another flight to get to the terrace. Bed uncomfortable. Terrace was nice. Kitchen very small. Great location.

Our room was large and comfortable, complete with kitchen and full bathroom. The wifi was spotty the last two days of our stay which made it a bit frustrating for confirming our next stay at a different town. We also didn't hear from the hotel when we emailed them about our air-conditioner blowing hot air but we were helped a few days later by a staff member. Besides these two concerns, our overall experience was a very good one.

La Résidence est située dans le quartier de la Roquette tout à côté du Rhône. Très bien placée, toute la cité est accessible à pied ! La résidence est organisée autour d’un atrium sur lequel tous les logements donnent. Le calme y règne. Il s’agit d’une vieille bâtisse rénovée. Ma chambre était située au second étage. Équipée d’une cuisine avec tout le nécessaire, d’une belle salle de bain et la chambre salon d’un seul tenant. L’ensemble est très agréable à vivre et pour se reposer ! Tous les commerces sont sur le pas de la porte et toute la ville aussi !

Firstly this is not a 2 bed property, one bedroom is behind a curtain. It smelt of damp, had mold on the walls and slugs in the classroom. There were slugs inside and management did nothing about our complaints.

Appartement terrasse en duplex. avec chambre au premier et cette odeur d’égout est forte, matelas ikea premier prix… dommage car la terrasse est agréable, avec un grand barbecue et la localisation parfaite.

At a very nice location, classic design of the building and rooms was beautiful but also clean, and services of the property managers were very kind and responsive. We had unforgettable stay at this apartment in Arles, thanks to these.

Great place and super convenient. Also enjoyed the quiet evenings even though close to the action.

Check in was a bit disorganised, our apartment was in a different building and the on-site parking was not on site but instead 15 minutes walk away. The apartment whilst modern and comfortable had one cup, only 2 coffee pods and the towel rail had been pulled off the bathroom wall. It could do with a bit of TLC.

Nous avons réserver l'appartement du rez de chaussée de 80 m2 qui est en réalité deux appartements réunis. Il y a une humidité résiduelle liée à l'emplacement en rez de chaussée. L'ensemble est toutefois propre mais quelques détails sont gênants comme le fait que les rideaux occultants d'une des deux chambres ne coulissent pas entièrement. Mais surtout nous avons dû subir le soir une invasion de petites limaces dans l'entrée qui se sont infiltrées par la porte principale. Le propriétaire contacté n'a pas jugé très grave cette invasion ce qui a rajouté à notre agacement, car il s'agit d'un 4 étoiles!! La jeune femme qui s'occupe des lieux en journée en revanche a été très compréhensive et agréable
