The room was clean, staff amazing but the mattress needs to be changed! Springs on one side is broken! I did housekeeping for years and you should rotate your mattresses, always! Overall, pretty good!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Perfect spot to stay with my dogs for the dog show.

Room was very clean and staff were friendly.

I paid for the room (non-refundable) but could not stay. The bed was terrible (mattress needs to be replaced). The room was of very poor standard overall & the hotel was noisy, no door sweep across the bottom of the door to help "drown out" unwanted noise and provide some privacy. The hotel overall was old and run down not to mention there was a bad smell throughout which the team had clearly tried to cover up with sprays and chemicals. One of, if not the worst experiences I have had & I am staying in hotels weekly across the country and the United States. I would not recommend this location to potential travelers. Again so disappointed and out that money.

basic no frills hotel. room was clean. if you are looking for a clean comfortable place to sleep for a night (or you're into a basic no frills hotel) then this hotel is for you. only thing is there are tons of bugs (ok im sorry but i cant tell the difference between wasps and hornets) that are flying around during the day. free coffee in the lobby. lots of parking.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel had easy access and was dog friendly which was great. The room was clean but had a bad strong cleaner smell . The bed was not comfortable but ok for one night on our travels. The breakfast was great !

Book in time was 3pm but would make eme elate for a wedding. They accommodated me and got me checked in for 130pm. That was cool of them.

the bed was really hard to sleep on very uncomfortable not worth 141.61 that is for sure. I stayed at a small place in terrace bay ontario is was so nice but I was expecting more from a hotel chain to be honest. staff was great but definitely could use alot of attention to beds for comfort

When we arrived, the room with 2 beds was in poor condition. So they changed us to another room that had only one bed. I couldn’t believe the mattress was an air mattress. At this point I had just flown from Newfoundland to Toronto and driven from Toronto to Sudbury. I definitely would not stay here again.

Great sleep, good spot to pull off the 17 and take a few hours off on long travels. Grab food/drinks in town before calling it a day, nothing walking distance

Very thin walls- we could hear everything. Spiderwebs in the corners, out dated, just didn’t feel clean.

We just needed a simple over nighter on our road trip. This hotel was easy to find on our way home. It is being renovated so there was no breakfast available, no coffee in the room. Furnishings were simple and sparse. However check in was fast, staff friendly and helpful. I’m sure when the Reno’s are complete this place will be lovely.
