Beautiful hotel in Poppi right next to the Castle. Wonderful breakfast on the terrace every morning. Staff were very helpful. The triple room was large with a gorgeous view and plenty of large towel for all of us. A+ stay. We highly recommend! Thank you!

We had a clean room with a beautiful view of the Poppi castle and Tuscany landscape. The concierge recommended some incredible restaurants during our visit which were so good! The breakfast was basic but still good, and parking was readily available. Highly recommend!

L’hotel è un piccolo gioiello in una posizione splendida, subito sotto il castello. L’alba nella vallata dominata dal borgo è uno spettacolo impagabile. Si parcheggia proprio davanti, nel parcheggio pubblico gratuito, la colazione è ottima, il personale cortese. Se l’arredamento delle camere fosse più curato e i bagni un po’ più funzionali sarebbe perfetto…poi il prezzo ovviamente lieviterebbe, quindi va bene anche così

When I was booking the hotel I saw a review complaining about the decor - crazy! The room is super large and beautifully decorated with a very authentic style. The view from our room was breathtaking. Location was perfect. Things to consider - no AC, just fan... in July, not great. Breakfast is good, but kind of simple and few options if you have food allergies. Parking can be a bit hard to find after late hours. Chairs around the table were not in great condition. But pros compensate the cons.

It is an extraordinary place, an old building in the old city of Popi with wonderful views of the valley next to the Popi castle with private parking next door. However, it has many details that could improve the room, which is quite poorly decorated, with bathroom accessories of very poor quality, the mattress is old and soft. In short, the room could be of a different quality than what it is.

Excellent accueil, belle chambre, bonne literie, déjeuner simple mais très bon.

Other than finding the property address wasn’t available on my TomTom everything else was fine. Very attentive and helpful receptionist, incredible views. Adequate but simple breakfast. Nice bathroom but the shower unit was small and rather flimsy. Very comfortable bed and good reading light which often seems lacking in Italy.

Albergo molto bello, pulitissimo a 20mt dal castello di Poppi . Colazione ottima, gentilezza e cortesia del personale eccellente. Da tornare sicuramente.

This hotel was old but extremely charming. The view from our balcony of the Tuscan valley was exquisite. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Poppi. It is located right at the base of the castle at the top of the historic center

Albergo in posizione molto tranquilla e defilata, ma pur sempre in centro. Proprio sotto al castello dei conti Guidi. Camera spaziosa e pulita, con bella vista. Molto silenziosa. Letto comodo. Colazione all'altezza.

Situato sotto il castello di Poppi e con vista sulla valle sottostante, l'hotel è in una struttura storica, con spaziose camere arredate in stile. Gentilissimo e disponibile lo staff.
