Nice business hotel. Shisha lounge and good restaurant. FYI Men and women have a separate pool and fine to wear ordinary swim wear. Shopping centre walking distance.

Excellent stay in Riyadh

The Hotel was very good. However, prices of beverages and food in the cafes and restaurants are too high compare to the quality and average prices in other hotels on purchasing power parity in Saudi Arabia

Dining options are limited

Bad hotel is evidence of unsuccessful management. Employees who are unable to treat each other well need support at work. This is not criticism, but advice for the coming days. Advice: If you have a conference, the hotel should be closed to the rest of the customers because the employees were completely lost and bad. As a result, it is a bad hotel. I stayed there twice only because it is close to a social place and not because it is a good hotel. I wrote previously on the same notes. They only called you from customer service. An employee named Shahd apologizes. She only wants to withdraw your complaint or tell her management that the problem has been solved for her benefit. She thinks that you did a good job. When you contact the same employee, you do not find any response. This is a method that does not apply to those who deserve the job. The other thing in all hotels in the world is that you leave at 12 noon. They call you at 11 to leave. A person named Al-Waleed from customer service is as if he is telling you to get out now, knowing that I am a guest with my own money and not an invitation. I paid $600 for one night. I do not recommend this hotel.

Virkeligt god ophold, god service, venligt og serviceminded personale, rent og velfungerende business hotel. Eneste dårlige var at det varme vand i bruseren først kom efter at have løbet i 10-15 minutter ! Derefter kunne temperaturen ikke reguleres ordentlig.

Staff are not well knowledgeable about hospitality. No one cared about explaining what facilities in the hotel or what procedures I should follow during my check in. And when checked out, they never wanted to mention the return of my 500 SAR deposit money. I asked about it they said and they acted like “oh we forgot about that”, “we can only give you back in cash”. Which I didn’t use for a payment method.

Good location and easy to get a taxi with uber. Nice mall within a walking distance

Great apartment! Very spacious, separate toilet and kitchen. Staff were very helpful, welcoming and attentive. Great breakfast! Would definitely stay again

Very nice upscale property that will require a damage deposit for apartment of 1000 SAR. Other then that excellent hotel, highly recommended
