Bed was comfortable and the staff lovely

Very happy with the quality of the accommodation and room service.

We ended up staying in the accommodation for 7 nights. The room service did an amazing job even putting our kids teddies back onto the beds after they had made them. Overall was very quiet compared to other places we have stayed out. House keeping given time to vaccum between stays would be the only thing I would recommend other than that was a lovely stay.

Great place for a meal.

From my first contact with Kylie/Madison & Meg, I was made to feel most welcome at the Wharf Hotel. A business that the staff are obviously very proud of, is quite rare in this environment. Mealtimes in the Restaurant were nothing short of seamless, professional and so very friendly for all different customer types and needs. This hotel is an absolute gem!!!

Room was lovely, Beds where comfortable, the water in the bathroom was nice and hot. It was nice and quiet all up, also within walking distance to the shops and not too far away from the Airport.

Staff lovely, venue very clean, twin room wonderfully comfy beds and shower / bathroom, only really annoying thing was the room was above the outdoor smoking area and as they had a band playing, the people congregating and drinking outside were extremely noisy and loud and constantly swearing right up until closing time (12am I think they left). Not much can be done about it I suppose and I don’t mind people having a good time but it was my one chance to get a good night’s sleep to recharge and I sadly got very little. Apart from that, highly recommend, but maybe bring ear plugs!! Very nice meals in their bistro.

The room looked freshly renovated and the bed was extremely comfortable

First time stay, comfortable bed and good linen. The TV unfortunately did not shoe channel 7 or 10 even after a channel scan. No aircon but the fan helped. Close the window if you have the roof/aircon view because the kitchen smell comes in. Great shower and good meal in the bar.

nice area, centrally located, close to park, river and the beach, not far away from Burnie, renovated room, friendly staff, nice meal in the restaurant, car park - the air conditioner outside was coming on every 15min. when switched on, it was really noisy, even with the closed window. So avoid the rooms with the windows facing the car park.

The young man we dealt with was lovely, food good, room excellent, clean & neat..noisey from outside traffic though but overall satisfactory

Great comfy rooms with views of the bay

Refrigerator and air conditioner motors, just outside, going loudly all night, preventing sleep. Don't use Room 16 under any circumstance. Mattress and base too saggy for normal people.

Room was freshly painted and bathroom was renovated. only thing was the bar closed early.
