Super location at the top of Harlech village, one minute from the castle entrance. Pattra and her team were super hosts and made sure we were very well looked after. We ate in the fascinating Aviation bar. All the food was home made and prepared from scratch and was delicious. The Massaman curry was very special indeed. Similarly, breakfast was plentiful, very well presented and made to order. The room was beautifully decorated and had some very nice detail touches, including a variety of toiletries, tea, coffee, biscuits and cakes. Everything was thoughtfully presented and it's clearly run with much pride. I would thoroughly recommend this unique boutique accommodation.

Fabulous play to stay, the rooms were beautiful and the Thai food was amazing.

We spent a night at Castle Cottage Inn, Harlech as part of a short road trip. The room was beautiful and very well appointed with every comfort a traveller could think of. Pattra was the perfect hostess, very friendly and welcoming. We also ate at Pattra’s thai restaurant the same evening and the food was super authentic and very tasty, again the service was excellent and we felt very well looked after. All in all a great night away at a wonderful place. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent place to stay. Hosts were excellent and the rooms were brilliant. The beds, toiletries, coffee’s, biscuits, walk in shower all absolutely superb.

Terrific location in the centre of Harlech, really lovely owner, both breakfast and evening meal were excellent, loved my solo traveller stay.

Such friendly service, great rooms, lovely and quiet, very nice beds and pillows, fantastic room. Paring right outside the door. My second time staying here, would heartily recommend.

Great place and location.

Our stay was perfect all the way from the initial, warm greeting from Pattra, to the wonderful room, a lovely Thai dinner and, then, a peaceful night’s sleep and an excellent breakfast. We can offer no improvements. Just thank you for a great visit. It also has a great location-just around the corner from the Castle!

This is a gem of an inn, located just a stone’s throw from the castle walls. The woman who runs it is a delight; friendly and helpful. The room and bed were comfortable and well stocked with teas and coffees and the like. The food - both dinner and breakfast - were excellent. It’s an older building so expect occasionally creaking floors (although they are carpeted) and low ceilings, but that just adds to the charm. Highly recommended if you can spend a night in Harlech.

Arriving to the Cottage in was like a warm embrace after a cold and stressful drive through the beautiful but small curvy roads of Wales. Petra welcomed us like we were guests at her home and the room was warm and cozy with a great big bathroom.

Wonderful place, outstanding food, great host!

The room was very well appointed and renovated but still had a fair bit of rustic charm. The staff are unbelievably nice and accommodating ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. We had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent. The value for the price is unbeatable - free delicious breakfast buffet and snacks. The only downside is the limited parking and spotty Wi-Fi but certainly not a deal breaker. The owners, staff and people who live in this city are very welcoming and made the visit that much more special. If you want to truly relax countryside, this is the place to stay.

We had a delightful stay at the Castle Cottage. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room had eveything we needed. We had dinner at Pattras which was delicious, thoroughly recommend the restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was good, overall we had a lovely stay and would come back :)

A great couple of nights stay in Harlech exploring the area. Pattra was a fantastic host and the room was warn, clean and quiet.
