I love this hotel so much, people are so nice and helpful they are the best!

Hôtel moyen.emplacelement parfait à 100m du tramway,petit déjeuner trop simple,il n' y a même pas d, eau à boire sinon l eau du robinet .chambre moyenne .la nuit bruit de l ambulance tout le temps.personnel gentil dans le ensemble.

I surprised when I came to the hotel that there is no available room for me although I booked two days before. They transfer me by a taxi to other hotel which was miserable and I had to go to the fourth floor on stairs and to spent a night in a miserable dirty room. Next day they transfer me again to Oguzhan hotel. The room is very small and don't deserve the price. The staff are nice but their mistake is not acceptable. I lost one day of my vacation because of this stupid mistake.
