Lovely resort

Pool nice clean, not a fan of booking a slot but understand this needs done at busy times. Venue very big and plenty to do but give yourself time to get around. Lifts can take some time to arrive and are usually busy

Fabulous short stay, staff very helpful, breakfast lovely, room clean though a bit hot. Very near M4 but no noise heard so a well placed location if travelling and an ideal stopover if travelling through to west wales. The pool and gym were excellent, we used both

Excellent spa facilities and fabulous service

Comfortable room, lovely housekeeping staff. Disgusting that the car parking was not free for a hotel of this size with plenty of land. £13.50 for the car park that was a fair walk away and £25 for the underground parking

The restaurant in the Manor House was closed for breakfast but apart from that my stay was good value for money

Yes there were shops there ,didnt try a hot tub.

Lovely hotel.breakfast was amazing .wouldnt recommend room service .very over priced and over cooked. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

This is a mammoth complex, not something I really understood at the time of booking. Upon arrival we discovered expensive parking fees which were not included in the booking. We had received an email before arrival advising us to book restaurants but didn’t realise this would mean we would not be able to get a booking at a reasonable time on the day. When we are away we like to see how we feel on the day but this does not work here, we didn’t go to the spa as again this needed to be booked in advance, all of this is via the hotel site. We visited the cellar bar which was like a pub , there was one inexperienced staff member alone there and we waited over 10minutes for her to try to get the previous person a receipt, she then served us two drinks and told us no cash and when we pointed out she was overcharging us accordingly to the bar tariff she just said sorry that’s wrong and we paid the higher price. As I said this hotel did not suit us but I must say it is a very nice hotel with beautiful rooms and for an organised couple then it would be great I’m sure and I must say the meals we received in room service was exceptional.

Stunning and so clean and comfortable

Lovely staff, lovely entrance, lovely grounds and lovely comfy beds. Lost a star (would have been half a star if possible) unfortunately due to the ladies spa room as there were a number of maintenance issues and generally felt a little tired and worn out. Appreciated having the facility available nonetheless.
