Buena atención

We had to book a room for one night before driving to Puerto Escondido. Selina was conveniently located two blocks from our previous stay and one block from the car rental. It’s also a great location in el centro. I was a little nervous based on reviews and the fact it’s a hostel, but everything was great! Very nice front desk staff. They stored our luggage for a few hours until check-in. We booked the Loft room for 3 people and it was perfect. It had one king bed and one queen at opposite ends of the room. Great amenities and consistent, hot water - better than some hotels I’ve stayed in! All in all, pleasantly surprised and happy with our stay. We even decided to book again for our last night in town!

The hotel is simple but has everything you need. Very comfortable and the AC is great after walking around in the heat all day. The internet isn’t fast enough for a video call but hopefully you didn’t come to Oaxaca to do a bunch of work. Staff is very responsive and friendly. Located close enough to el Zocalo and many restaurants. It can be a little noisy on the weekends but honestly, we were so tired after a full day of Oaxacan heat that we didn’t mind.

Sauberes und gemütliches, gut riechendes Zimmer. Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Umgebung super. Frühstücken waren wir außerhalb da unsere Trips früher los sind.

La localización es inmejorable. Lo único que diría es que deberían mantener la puerta que conecta con el bar-restaurante de al lado cerrada. Hay veces que se pone ruidoso por la música y uno no quiere oír tanto ruido.

The room was spotless and staff was always friendly

The staff was helpful and nice to talk to. We loved having the breakfast and coffee options right down our room. The bar is also a great option. Very walkable to the andador and the other great sites within 5 minutes walk. Sabina Sabe is just a few steps away as well as other restaurant options. The place is clean and well kept. The only downside is the beds are super hard, and for a person who is used to a Tempurpedic bed, this was like sleeping on the floor. If you don’t mind a hard bed, this is a great option, because it’s on a perfect location, great price, with a restaurant and bar on site.

Excelente ubicación, el personal muy amables. Los cuartos dan a la calle por lo que hay ruido, y las camas tienen un protector que da mucho calor por ser de plástico. fuera de eso todo excelente.

We loved this hotel! It has such a cute and authentic feel. The staff were incredibly lovely and accommodating. The rooms are spacious with cold AC, and the location is very walkable with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. One night, the club next door was a bit loud, but they provide earplugs (which we didn’t end up needing). Parking is limited in the area, but you really don’t need a car in this location. There’s also a nice coworking space. We would definitely stay here again and were very happy with our stay.
