CAVEAT! I arrived just to find out I have to pay an extra $66.10 dollars for taxes that Expedia already charged me. Either I paid or I didn't get the room. I complaint to Expedia by phone, I was left a long time on line, finally somebdy took my call from an Asian call center and was totally unhelpful. Even showing with my invoice to the hotel personnel did not solve the problem. They refused point blank to aknowledge payment done to Expedia. Besides the extra charge, identical rooms had different prices, why? No clue. The restaurant is OK but way to expensive, given that is in the middle of nowhere in a small Mexican town. Prices like that are more NYC than Sabinas, Mexico. I regreted having chosen this location. I only did because I had urgent business in the area and choices are limmited. If that is your case, you will be better off chosing something at Nueva Rosita instead. I have been trying to contact Expedia and get my $66.10 back. So far, I have not been lucky.

Todo bien, como están remodelando hay algo de ruido en el día, a veces es un poco molesto pero se comprende, en cuanto a mejoras les recomiendo mejorar el tema del internet ya que falla muchísimo, tal vez instalar más repetidores o aumentar el alcance funcionaría, porque también para pagos de servicio de comida al cuarto les falla la terminal al no tener señal

El peor papel higiénico que he visto en un hotel, más bien una posada, si solo se pusieran en el lugar del cliente podría ser un hospedaje mejor calificado. Te dan dos sobrecitos de shampoo. El menú del bufet en el restaurante es muy bueno, pero el restaurante está lleno de moscas. Es difícil subir las escaleras para las habitaciones de arriba, los escalones son muy altos.

Todo funciono bien, solo la regadera el chorro salia hacia un lado, como que el empaque esta fugando. Pero todo lo demas trabajo muy bien
