We were in the area for a two night stay. We had room 10. This was perfect for our stay. It was spotlessly clean. There was an air conditioner which was most welcome with the heat outside. The bathroom was bigger than expected, and felt airy even though there is no external window. We didn't eat at lunchtime, or evening meal at the Oliver Twist, but what we saw come out the kitchen looked very nice indeed. The cooked breakfasts were certainly very tasty and filling. We found all the staff to be extremely helpful, and had a fantastic sense of humour. Definitely recommend as a very high quality establishment with great staff.

Lovely warm welcome, a spacious room (4) and comfortable bed. Bathroom was a wet room and shower was good but the trim from the floor to the tiles needs a little attention. AC would be welcome in hot weather but the weather was depressingly British during my stay. Main window could do with a blackout blind as the sun woke me before 5am. Had my evening meal in the pub which was great for food and service, breakfast was also very good with an excellent choice and perfectly poached eggs. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again, just wish I’d have taken an eye mask.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel anyone, I stayed at this hotel recently and paid £130 for a night but it was very disappointed with the condition of the room and the way my concerns were handled. I went into the shower and only realised after I was already wet that there was no shampoo provided in the dispenser/tray. This was a basic amenity that should have been checked before the room was given to guests. The room itself was also not properly maintained. There were spider webs around the walls and corners, and the walls had multiple visible cracks, making the room feel neglected and unclean. What made the experience worse was the response from reception. I raised these issues politely, but there was no apology or concern shown at all. I was simply told they could give me a bottle of shampoo to take back to the room. The lack of customer care and professionalism was extremely disappointing. For the price paid, I expected much better standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic expectations

Loved this place team are welcoming and very friendly. Menu is great so many different choices, I am on a diet and broke it for the delicious dishes. My room had Aircon which was a major bonus as it was 32. I have a bad knee which they accomadated for. Would stay again. Thank you

The OT is a home away from home, with lovely rooms and an awesome menu, what more do you want? Maybe a good selection of beers and very friendly barstaff? Well tick, tick. 5 stars

Excellent food and good service. Room 4 is a good size and well appointed. A/C heater works well. The bathroom/wet room was a little bit tired. Breakfast had a good choice and was cooked fresh. Location was convenient for driving. Would use again if in the area.

The hotel is about 6 miles outside of Wisbech and is easy to drive into Wisbech as you are not stuck at the A47 bypass for long. The food is excellent and plenty of drinks to choose from.

Staff so nice. Dinner was very good. Best fish and chips I’ve had in England. Room was fine and clean but I never could get the bedside lights to work even after asking. Not sure it deserved what we paid for it but that might be the going rate in the area

I was meet by friendly staff. The room was very clean , and cleaned each day to a high standard. I ate there each next ( 3 night ) the food was at a wonderful standard, the breakfast was at a very high standard too. Lovely place TY room 6

A very comfortable room with everything you need for an overnight stay. Great shower and extremely comfortable bed. The meal I had in the pub/restaurant was exceptional.
