Not as described….no spa, no pool, no free transport….no free breakfast….no elevator.. very disappointing.

The manager cares about the customers very well. He is very helpful and made our stay the best possible. Thanks a lot. I will come back again, thanks to him.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Only aspect they could have improved on is to put their guests into rooms that are not undergoing repairs, otherwise everything else was perfect.
