Clean room, friendly staff, lots of entertainment nearby.

There was an odor when we arrived, the next day it was worse. We requested that they look to see if the odor was from the water heater area and the kitchen window had spider webs, we asked for it to be cleaned. The odor was fixed as soon as requested, the spider webs were not. The staff was always very pleasant.

Welcome staff was friendly and very communicative. Arrived and promptly were given instructions to check in. The place was perfect for the weekend, great location to many food, entertainment, and attractions. Everything was clean and organized

I liked everything about the property

If you value sleep, this is not the place to stay. If you’re going to Austin to party, go for it! It’s really clean. Nice. Great service. But you can hear every noise from everyone above you, beside you, and the bar on the first floor WILL rattle your windows until 2am. We were on the 4th floor. You can hear the entire crowd yelling along with the songs. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels with bars, I get the vibe. I’ve never experienced this level of noise at any of them. Again, it’s very nice, the service is great! It’s just very loud.

Close proximity to where I needed to be. Parking was better than most places around. Austin is not good for parking

Check in was horrible. Checked in same day and it took for ever to get check in instructions. They were not clear and thankfully when I walked in after hours there was someone still at the desk to help. In the middle of the night the hot water heater in my room started leaking and flooding my room, spent hours texting the "emergency" after hours with no response. Not until the next day was I able to speak to someone. No sleep and had to go to work that morning. I was staying several nights all they did for the inconvenience was move my room and refund one night. Needless to say it was not a good experience.

It was clean, cool, and in good area

Check out was inconvenient. Everything else was fine.

Room was great, but lack of on-site personnel caused stress. I thought we had our parking arranged at booking but apparently not. Was quite a hunt between emails and addresses and assistance methods, etc. to get into the parking garage at check-in. Shouldn’t be that hard.

Check in and check out is VERY clunky. There is only ONE elevator on property and it is always very busy.

The location of the building was perfect. i enjoyed that you don't have to deal with anyone from the from desk, everything is done from your phone.

Super easy and great alt to regular hotel.

The access was pretty slick (after I figured it out). Apartment was clean and modern. I loved that there was access to a gym but I would have liked a treadmill. But overall it was a great experience.

Nice place. It’s kind of sterile in a corporate apartment way but was clean and well stocked and set in a great location for attending SXSW.

It was a very last min booking and they were quick to accommodate us. There was an issue (due to it being last min) but they were quick to resolve it. Very friendly and great communication, touch base & follow up with us to make sure everything was fine.
