Good hotel in a handy location and a very good breakfast too

Our room was dirty so we complained and were immediately moved to another room. This was better but still below the cleaning standard I would expect for a Hilton. The shower pressure in the room was dismal and the breakfast was sub par with a limited selection (eg no fried eggs) and a move (no doubt disguised as eco-friendly) to dispensers for sauces, jams and marmalade. What this meant was that instead of taking the items to your table ready for when you needed them, you were continually revisiting the breakfast bar. Staff were helpful and friendly although service was slow at times. The hotel felt budget yet we paid £180 per night. I won't revisit.

Excellent central location. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.5 minutes walk from the Grand Central station.

Excellent service by all staff. Little more variation at breakfast would be preferred. Clean, quiet adequately sized rooms.

Friendly check in/ check out. Car parking was in multi storey a few minutes walk away and cost about £14 each night. Food in restaurant was limited but actually very nice. We only stayed two nights and nobody cleaned or refreshed the room on the second day. It was a few minutes drive from the Titanic Exhibition, which was ok.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. 5 minute walk from train and bus station. Great room that was clean and modern. The reception staff were super efficient and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay in the hotel, location great, breakfast great, service great, the only negative thing was i found the beds way to hard for my liking so i was glad we only had one night as i didnt sleep that well.

We were greeted at the front desk by a young man who made us feel so welcome. He went above and beyond to make our stay so great. The breakfast was delicious and our stay was overall fantastic!

I love everything about the hotels. The room is always clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love the breakfast, especially the gluten free options.

Great location for exploring Belfast and a five minute walk from the train and bus stations The hotel was very warm and welcoming, the staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable and quiet. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Great location but the curtains didnt close so we were woken by the light at 5am (room 303). The man who checked us in was very cool and a bit unfriendly as we were a bit early on arrival and we were made to feel like we had to join the priority club if we wanted to check in 40 mins before 3pm. Breakfast was lovely, good selection of food. Room clean and overall an ok hotel for a short city break.

Breakfast was fantastic. Full Irish on offer as well as pastries, toast, cereals and even waffle makers with batter in a dispenser. Booked a Queen room but disappointed to find out I’d missed the small print and it was still a regular size double bed, not even a bigger room. Deliberately misleading. Staff were friendly and room was clean. Would be nice to have some bottled water in the rooms. And parking £14 for 24 hours, ouch! But that’s what you get for city centre. Close to some lovely pubs and eateries.
