Comfortable stay in main market area. Staff co-operative and friendly.

Front staffs ask unnecessary questions and have preconceived notion that is quite backward. Instead of making things easier for guests to check in they just try to find some reason to embarrass guests.

I was treated well at reception. There were judgmental.

Excellent stay. Stayed there for 1 night with family. Very comfortable for my parents and child. Special thanks to Pradeep, Pankaj, Shikha and others at front desk and restaurant. Breakfast had lots of options and staff went the extra mile to do customizations as well. Will love to stay there again.

Staff is cold and unfriendly did not make you feel welcome. Bathroom is very small. Shower has no door so created a very unsafe slippery situation

Had high hopes but there were renovations that were not communicated to us so we had construction noise at night whilst trying to sleep and the spa and rooftop bar was closed. Restaurant staff and food was the best thing!

The property is under renovation and it isn’t told to customers before they make a booking.

Nice place to stay

Hotel Staff was wonderful from the beginning. it was a short one-night stay at Dehradun towards Mussoorie. enjoyed over all.

Well equipped stay, clean and tidy, plenty of staff. The area around is not very amicable. Uber and ola is difficult to get.

Property is in middle of city. I didn’t like my stay here at all. 1st room which was allocated, had issue with hot and cold water, water leakage from then shower panel. Toilet was yellow, they even didn’t care to clean it before handing over to us. 2nd room as I have asked for room change. In that room, no fridge items, bathtub was damaged as you can’t stand straight. Ground below bathtub was hollow at some of the places which was really dangerous as it may lead to slippery slope. I had never had such issue with Ramada earlier.

Our stay at Ramada Wyndham was excellent 👌👌.....the staff was extremely courteous and well mannered. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our short stay.

Good Experience, Good and Convenient accommodation and food was excellent.

Staff were excellent and food was good but room are in okay condition and some typical smell going in coridoor area, as soon as I complain they sprayed out and did action!

Staff was not too attentive. Luggage was delivered almost after 20 mins as person in-charge had gone out for lunch. I am sure front desk could have easily managed something instead of telling me that person has gone out for lunch. Bathroom had some weird, sewage pipe smell especially when shower was in use.

Comfortable stay. Room size is small. Booked for one night so no issues. Parking is a problem if driving yourself. There Is on-site parking but it is very limited and taken up by the hotel valets. No choice but to give the car for valet parking
