Great hotel.

Really clean hotel, we loved the steampunk vibes of the reception and bar/restaurant area. Had dinner on our first night and breakfast every morning, everything we ate was really good. Tea and coffees not in the bedrooms but available on each floor so wasn’t an issue (they also have decaf). Staff were incredible from start to finish from the reception team, restaurant team and housekeeping, everyone was so lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend, in a great area as well really close to the Underground so travelling into the city centre was easy.

Very poor location. Very dirty not safe to walk in the area. Completely opposite of Expedia write up. Checked out within an hour of arriving and went to a safer hotel & area

Fantastic location, literally half the price of other hotels in the city. A converted textile factory retaining many of the old features. Staff were very friendly and helpful and our bed was super-sized and super-comfortable!

Great hotel, funky minimalist room design. Public areas/bar/restaurant design also super looking as was food. Great value and convenient to tube. Would definitely return

Everything was very clean, nice additional extras (games room), and convenient location, just a 5 minute walk from Whitechapel station.

Me and my son stayed at this hotel because it’s very close to the hospital.. now this hotel was amazing. It was nice welcoming and very clear. The shower was great the games room went down so well with my son he loved it in there I also think it’s a great have. We really enjoy our stay here

We stayed for one night while in london and the hotel was so nice. Very clean and friendly staff. We had breakfast there as well and the food was excellent.

Impressive hotel , great staff. Unfortunately the whitechape area is not a nice area. Very dirty . However the hotel is close to the Elizabeth line which was handy for Heathrow Airport. In future I would stay closer to Tower Bridge.

Ok hot k but the location is awful, only 10 min walk from Aldgate but it’s horrible

Beautiful hotel to stay in for the weekend. Staff were friendly and the bed was enormous and very comfy. The breakfast these guys served is great too

The room itself was lovely very clean and shower was amazing. No kettle iron or fridge etc in room which I would prefer however they were in a separate room so still available. Was very disappointed with the breakfast as we weren’t aware there wouldn’t be pork and only turkey as we were looking forward to a full English breakfast which wasn’t available which if we knew in advance we would have got breakfast elsewhere. The toaster also did not work very well. Staff friendly and was ideal for our weekend stay at a good price.

Perfecto pague una habitación más grande pues las que contraté me comentaron que era demasiado pequeña para seis día, un acierto total, para viajar a Londres

Nice room, fairly basic - no real storage so not suitable for a long stay. Tea and coffee was available in a common area at the end of the corridor. This wasn’t ideal, as a solo female traveller. I’d have preferred to have been able to do this in my room. Lovely breakfast. A minor issue- I hadn’t realised the hotel had a chophouse restaurant underneath - I don’t eat or like meat so the smell of the food being cooked until late into the evening was not a plus for me - it reached me even on the top floor - others may love this though! Amazing view from the roof terrace

Tiniest of bedroom for a large price in a budget area of a London. If the room is so tiny, so should the price be.
