This hotel is clean and has nive view. Bed and chairs are suitable for me, so I can sleep well. I recommend roof top pool that we can see kuwait city(There are many tall buildings around this hotel.). Also I can access various shopping malls and supermarkets within ten minutes walk.

Good hotel

Wonderful Stay in a Great Location I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Assima Mall and Al Shaheed Park, making it very convenient for both shopping and relaxing strolls. The highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop swimming pool, which offers a stunning panoramic view of downtown Kuwait. It’s the perfect place to unwind and take in the cityscape. A big thank you to the staff for making my stay so memorable. Your hospitality truly made a difference!

The hotel is clean. I stayed two days. First day I didn’t have enough warm water to take shower, ot was cold. I told them they fixed it. I think there should be a free coffee in the lobby as well.

The 3-day stay with my family was enjoyable. I loved everything about the hotel. The cleanliness was excellent and all the staff were very professional and kind. The hotel is great and Kuwait City is beautiful as always.

hotel was good, the only remark (important) is that swimming pool was not working during Ramadan (they said it was due to Ramadan, although the same week in Oman and Bahrain hotels all swimming pools were open) So the excuse is poor. Have chosen this hotel just because of the pool :-(

Good location, cheap price but the hotel is well worn down and would benefit from a refurbishment. The bathroom was clean but felt uncomfortable because of how it aged. There is an AC vent directly above the bed so at night you're either super cold or really hot when you decide to switch it off. Pool wasn't working which was a shame because there are cool views from the roof.

Overall very good. Clean hotel, spacious room and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. My two small negatives is that the water from the shower was cold or cool and never warm and wifi was slow. Otherwise I would recommend.

Located Downtown, great for business and running in the adjacent park. Only really let down that it is located on a busy junction.

Smoking was a big problem in this hotel even in a non-smoking floor. Room needs renovation.

This hotel really was a special place. We landed on an overnight flight from the UK and arrived at the hotel at 10am, Check In was not until 2pm but because the room was ready they allowed an early check in. This really did save us as 4 hour wait hanging around tired during Ramadan and would have ruined our day. The room was very spacious and the shower was fantastic. Wifi was excellent in the room also. The hotel is in a great location and most places you'll want to visit are either a short walk or short taxi from the hotel. If I ever visit Kuwait again I will 100% stay at the same hotel. A special mention to Cherish on reception for such a warm welcome.
