Cuando se Reserva dicen que include estacionamiento pero no explican que es valet parking y es mas Caro El dia que en Los alrededores, y en El desayuno tener que hacerce Uno mismo los pancakes es muy Largo la espera

The staff is very nice and accommodating, the room is spacious and offers many amenities. The walk to the beach was easy. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to prepare basic food. However - the bed was horribly hard and it made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep.

The Residence Inn was brilliant. We had a good stay and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. It is conveniently located near the beach and other facilities. Breakfast is very repetitive (scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes every day) so we ended up cooking our own in our room. The kitchen facilities in the room were good and served us well. The king size bed was very comfortable and it was good to have a balcony to relax on in the evening. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future.

We came here 7 years ago for our honeymoon. Decided to make a quick stop again on our fltrip this year, and glad we came back. Still clean and well kept.

I had a great family vacay, smooth check in , great front desk , clean , nice size suite , great views marina , 5 minute walk to the beach thru surf shop , free breakfast buffet with several food choices , tasty , nice pool and relaxation area , restaurants in walking distance , nice hotel friendly and attentive staff front desk, house keeping , maintenance , I’d stay again !

I like how there was a full kitchen. The streaming apps however were laggy and there wasn’t a shower door. Overall a great stay.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I could not sleep solidly. I would wake up with pain in my lower back or sides. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They offer a great selection at breakfast that can accommodate to many diets and it is real food.

Clean and quit

We liked the location! We didn’t like that Coco’s had live music that played until midnight or later. Just because we didn’t have time constraints, we had to deal with noisy music late into the night. We really liked the hotel and would enjoy another stay on future trips!

The hotel staffs are so nice, helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the convenience of the location. It’s a short walk ( 2 minutes) to the beach, the gift shop is across the street and you can walk to the beach through there( that’s a bonus). There are plenty of restaurants and shops all around. CONS The restaurant next to the hotel can get loud at night The sofa bed was very uncomfortable Other than that, I have no complaints.

The service was horrible !! We had a pullout couch which had all the metal springs sticking out . We called front desk same day to get it taken care of and no one ever did after two days husband spoke to manager and apologized instead of changing out room ! Daily cleaning is not provided, and they actually cleaned they didn’t clean right or made beds. We had to ask for 4 extra bed covers so we can use as cushion on pullout couch so we didn’t feel springs sticking out !! Elevators are really slow , breakfast area was good and clean but there is a lady always laughing so loud making so much noise !! Would not stay there again!!
