Rating & Review Keseluruhan Tru by Hilton San Antonio Downtown Riverwalk

We booked two rooms at this hotel, and our experience was extremely disappointing. One of the rooms had a bathroom door with a broken lock. Despite multiple follow-ups, the staff wasted over two hours and still couldn’t fix the issue. After escalating several times, we were finally given a new room only to find the exact same problem there. The management was unhelpful and poorly organized. The hotel does not offer any parking, which was very inconvenient. To access the Wi-Fi, we were required to fill out a long form with personal details, which felt unnecessary and outdated. On top of that, the TVs were old-fashioned with no internet connectivity. Overall, it was a frustrating and uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The responsiveness and friendliness of staff to help to satisfy our needs was beyond the call of duty.It made us feel at home .I would definitely recommend this property to everyone.

La habitación super bien, muy limpio, solamente que en la descripción me aparecía que era multilingüe y fueron un poco groseros, nos contestaron que no sabían español (en lobby) tanto check in como check out. Si entiendo inglés solo pedí que hablaran mas lento, no lo hicieron, no les importaba si les entendía o no. No me gustó el trato. Es mi unica queja

Great property. Parking is a pain, just make sure you give plenty of time for the valet to get your car.

A little bit confusing on getting there with Google maps but the hotel itself was great. They only offer valet parking but they were available quickly. Enjoyed my short stay.

Every time we need a getaway we always go to San Antonio. Since finding Tru By Hilton, we will always stay here! It’s absolutely comfortable, very clean, best breakfast ans conveniently located. We highly recommend it!

Booked this place because it said parkimg available. I shouldnt have thought that meant a parking lot. We get there we are tired ans i ask wheres the parking lot at? She said oh that just means we have street parking if yall find something, if not we do valet for 35 a night. Considering it was late and we traveled into town so no parking available ln the street we winded up doing valet. Wouldve been nice for better description of parking.

Location was great, staff was great too, the only thing that I was upset about was the fact that on the website it was advertised that you could request a crib at hotel but when I asked the front desk they said that service wasn’t provided at that location then why advertise it?

Had roaches in the restroom. 35 dollars a night parking absurd.

I don't like the location. It's along the main street and it's so noisy at night . This hotel is expensive but they don't have microwave in the room . It's good we only stayed there for 2 nights.

the bathroom was "edgy". Not a very good job on the MAke over! OK For a place to sleep.

The hotel was clean, but it needs a lot of upgrades. In our room, we were unable to watch TV. I asked the front desk about it. She suggested something that didn’t work. The bathroom door didn’t close/lock. The shower door didn’t close. The room was noisy. I heard EVERYTHING outside that night. The hallway had a mildew smell. Valet was expensive and you were kind of forced to valet because the area looked unsafe. I wouldn’t stay again nor recommend.

Everything was great! Very strategic location, really nice room and breakfasts was in point, excellent customer service
