This is a very, very good hotel in the center of Bordeaux. The personel was very helpfull, the room was big and newly renovated, and the location of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast is excellent as well. Parking in the public underground parking is nearby, but a bit expensive.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel! The rooms and bathrooms are stunning — and the people are incredibly kind and thoughtful. Special thanks to Maria at the front desk. Also, the breakfast was delicious with many choices. The location is truly unbeatable. I hope to return very soon!

Perfect hotel for sightseeing

We have stayed at the hôtel several times in recent months and cannot fault the standard of service or cleanliness of the entire hotel. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms are bright, airy and spotlessly clean. Our go to place in Bordeaux for a relaxing stay and so close to tram and main shopping areas. Highly recommend.

Fint lite hotell, sentralt, rent og pent med god service. Vi hadde rom mot gaten, men hørte aldri noe utenfra.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Very informative and goes out of one’s way to assist. Property provides in lobby coffee maker with all sorts of hot drinks and even flat or sparkling water. Centrally located to everything one needs to see. Very happy with our stay.

A beautiful, clean hotel with a wonderful staff. Convenient, quiet location located near tram lines B & C, with quick access to tram A making it really easy to get anywhere in the city. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. I had the breakfast the morning of my departure and it was fresh and delicious! The air conditioning was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again!
