We have visited for the second time and the standard remains the same. Very well maintained and clean property with great customer service. The restaurant and the food were excellent.

Travelling with dog was easy.

This is an unexpected gem in northern Moravia region. Wonderful food, great wellness center in the price of the night and comfortable spacious rooms.

Beautifully restored castle with pleasant surroundings, excellent food and service and nice wellness.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel.

We stayed four nights here and had a fantastic time. The staff are friendly and very responsive. The spa and wellness area is world-class standard. The outdoor swimming area was fantastic and overall the whole experience was a great four days. They have a bowling alley and outdoor cinema one of the nights Which was great fun.

Fantastisch hotel, 2 oplaadpunten, prachtige welnness en park om hotel

We were there 2nd time. This time a room wasn't so cleas as the first time. It wasn't pleasent to have hair on the floor in a bathroom. Also shower were leaking so water could be everywhere. The rest like last time - the weakest point - the reception - English very poor, we booked a table in the restaurant - it wasn't arranged. Breakfast was very good and constant lack of plates and cups was iritating. Everybody was doing somenting but nobody was thinging about the overall. Organisation poor. Wellness absolutely great including staff and all facilities. For wellness I will come back.

Příjemná a klidná lokalita ubytování, úžasné wellness s bezplatným vstupem pro ubytované. Velmi dobrá restaurace s širokou nabídkou.

A Nice Place To Be

Ubytovani na dobre urovni. Jako minus bych uvedl, ze snidane je v zamecku ubytovani je departmentu cca 150 m. Parkovani je take trochu s problemem i kdyz je zdarma. Welness je na dobre urovni, nevyhoda je jeden vstup za den.
