Our toilet was leaking when you flush it , our curtains was uneven you could literally see outside on one side , i was itching when i laid in the bed ,it smell like dogs & i had my newborn baby with me who i was afraid to even take out of his car seat to even lay him down it was so nasty , & they wouldn’t even refund me & I left I didn’t stay neither night .

Really run down infrastructure with rust and the smell of insecticide

The bed was not good in the floor was very weak

The staff was amazing but it definitely needs upgrades. The bed was so uncomfortable and soft spots in the floor. The bathroom wqs nice and convenient. Loved the shower. The hot water barely got hot.

If you are looking for cheap, this is it. It’s not clean, smells musty, not a place if you are looking for a decent spot. It’s just a cheap spot to lay your head on your head on top of the covers.

Hall smeels like dog pee... Tv didnt work athey came programmed the remote but the wifi or whatever didnt work so ever channel froze while trying to watch.. shower head leaked all over the place got tired of waiting so just took a shower and left dog from from 5 am to about 630 in the room next to mine so yea i was woken up at 5 am on a sunday trying to rest.. there are dope heads hanging all around the desk they have dogs there too behind the counter i would not recomend and this is my first time ever leaving a bad review

They do not tell the truth about mixing dog rooms with regular rooms. Dogs barked at night after owners left them alone in the room. When I complained about bad rules, they blamed it on a hostile work environment created by the hotel owners. Worst I have seen so far in hotels.

Was a nice place don’t show up over 4 people they won’t let you stay there.

Very dirty. Strong smoke smell throughout and very poor condition of the room. I checked out after the first night

This place was very dirty the bath room was nasty not clean the room door was bent had to push hard to close it there was a tampon applicator laying on the floor by the bed the sheetz was hardly on the one bed looked reused the tv was unplugged the room phone did not work and the room smelled like mildew. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

$50 cash deposit is required. They will make you take all your luggage back out in the rain to go get cash. Staff ignores there own "no smoking" signs and "dogs must be on a leash sign". There's one dim lamp in the room, no coffee maker, and NO SWING BAR LOCK for security on the door. I will never stay here again.

Very comfortable room and good rate for the room.

Strange Smells in the building. Did have basic room items and sanitary facilities and carpet. Spectrum TV cable options. Very close to Lake City shopping and trails. woody lot in back.

Nice facade from the parking lot, safe location, quiet room.

I like everything it's convenient around restaurants, shopping, drug stores etc.

The room was disgusting. I had a dirty bandaid stuck on the light switch, the smoke alarm was ripped out of the ceiling, floors were filthy, Tv didn't work, the front desk clerk was rude to the point I was in tears. The beds were disgusting. Rust on everything. Smelled like weed and cigarettes

They told me I needed to give them a $50 cash deposit because I booked through Expedia and I told them I didn’t see that in the email anywhere. Plus, I felt like I was going to be kidnapped in the parking lot because there were people everywhere and it looked really scary! And they told me their card reader didn’t work and that was another reason they needed me to pay a cash security deposit. I felt like they were lying and the lady look like she was on meth so I just left. And then had to spend 200 more dollars to get a hotel because of the football game in town so now I’m out of $300 .

They only accept cash for the deposit. If you don’t have the send you gas station. Normally we never have cash for safety reasons. So I had to drive there on the middle of the midnight. To many people used drug around. Tv doesn’t work! The bathroom light always on.
