Friendly staff, good breakfast, easy parking, comfortable bed

Room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great that hotel had parking.

We paid extra on the Expedia site for a king size bed only to get a queen size bed. The Expedia site only “requested” a king side bed. Otherwise the Hotel was good

The hotel is walkable from Princess Cruise terminal. Beautiful area. Tavern is close by... for some fish and chips with a pint og Guinness.

A wonderful stay all employees were extremely helpful. We stayed before our cruise for one night and received so much help and suggestions from the staff. We will definitely stay again. If you’re looking to book a hotel for before or after a cruise, this hotel will not disappoint.!

Some opportunities check in was wonderful room is good for budget traveller's. The breakfast option i wouldn't take it staff there are confused slow service wrong order abd generally terribly. Walk own down the road to the local bistro much better option.

Cleanliness wasn’t great. Room and hallway smelled awful. Shower had broken knobs.

Overall, a great pre/post cruise stay. Breakfast was included for our stay and there was a nice selection on the menu including gluten free bread. The only observation is with the staffing in the restaurant at breakfast. It was unorganized and a little slow.

Clean and friendly place. One elevator was being repaired, so took stairs due to wait times.

The hotel has a location meant for exploring on foot, which we loved! Pubs and restaurants on Oxford Street were a five minute walk, and the West Quay area about a ten minute walk. The onsite restaurant is lovely, and features live music on Fridays!

Staff is very helpful. Very homey. Great experience.
