Under staffed and unresponsive. Cleaning crew left my door open when they finished and moved my medical equipment by the bedside. Recommend checking into other nearby hotels.

Good, quiet, clean

It was a nice two night stay. A overall clean and friendly environment. There was one negative. I requested clean towels in the morning after arrival (having used the provided towels the night before), I was asked to bring the dirty towels to the desk and pick up clean ones. This was at 8am before showering and during the breakfast time when all guest are sitting in the adjacent dinning area. That is not a comfortable experience. I wish they would have offered to bring them to the room instead.

Toilet in room spewed water whenever flushed. Management promised to fix the toilet the next morning which they did not. They also promised a 20% refund which they did not give and said Hotels.com would give which they did not.

The staff was great and helpful, especially the gentleman at the reception desk. Only thing the hotel room needs some renovations, it’s kind of old and molded. The laundry facilities not working so well, and need some cleaning and maintenance. The washer and dryer machine took the coins and not working, need to put extras to finally make it work.

It’s an enjoyable stay and always clean.

Hotel is at a dead end with 2 other hotels which allows for limited traffic and less noise. Great breakfast for guests with lots of hot and cold options and plenty of seating. Room was very nice and clean, beds were the most comfortable, we all slept amazing. Hallways were very spacious to walk through. Employees were friendly. Easy access to freeways, Restuarants, coffee shops, gas, banks, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Good bare bones budget hotel. Some dings and wear but that’s to be expected for the price compared to other places in the area. Everything pretty clean except the tile portion of the room was sticky like too much soap was used, and the carpet had a sticky stain on it that I had to cover with a towel. I would not walk barefoot. Also the AC was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. Decent value and close to UB.

Upon checking in front desk guy has an attitude upon talking to me. The Manager or Owner was great able to ask us regarding our stay.

The hotel was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Would highly recommend this place.

Everything is nice

The only glitch was we couldn't check in until 5:30 because they were short staffed.The breakfast was really good and the staff was very pleasant.
