Wonderful! ☺️ Our only hostel stay on a 3 week tour of Croatia travelling with our 4 yr old so a hostel was a bit of a gamble but after reading previous reviews from families we thought we’d try it. Greeted by lovely staff. Room was a compact double (our 4 yr old co sleeps with us anyway but this room size definitely wouldn’t work if not Co sleeping as room is not large enough to accommodate a pull out bed) Desk, TV, wardrobe and compact shower room Use of common room - fairly small for a hostel - dining table that seats 6 some taller bar tables, a sofa and bean bags. Communal fridge/sink, kettle, microwave and 2 burner hob (queues to use at busy periods and this was off season) Garden area - not set up when we visited in March but I’m sure a lovely space for summer. Great central location Excellent breakfast and choices Good coffee Would recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, it was far better than many of the private apartments we booked along our travels. Can get clothes washed and dried for €10 ☺️

On my first day, I arrived at the hostel from the airport after 11 PM. The staff (Marija) sent instructions on how to enter the room after the reception was cleared, so I could check in properly and receive my locker key the next morning. I checked out the same way (my return flight was also very early). Downtown Boutique is in the center of the old town, close to everything (about a seven-minute walk from the airport bus stop). The room was on the third floor, facing the courtyard. Clean and had a comfortable bed. Perfect for a budget stay. I'd happily return.

This hostel is extremely well-situated and clean. The staff is friendly. The rooms are great and you have a big locker to put your things into. However, the kitchen is pretty small and there is only one bathroom stall and one shower stall per floor, so if the hostel is crowded, be ready for a little wait! I definitely recommend this place :))

Local muito agradável, bem localizado no centro histórico, tem elevador, o banheiro é ótimo com um chuveiro muito bom, área de banho excelente, secador de cabelos também. Café da manhã maravilhoso, pode escolher entre as opções disponíveis no cardápio, escolhi três diferentes nos dias que estive hospedada e todas deliciosas.

Tout était bien, l’auberge de jeunesse est propre et pratique. Le seul point négatif : il n’y avait qu’une seule toilette et deux salles de bains pour femmes à l’étage, ce qui peut être un peu juste à certaines heures.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. They worked hard to keep the place clean and running. I appreciated curtains on the bunks. Rooms were quiet for a hostel.

This hostel was the best hostel I've stayed. Clean and friendly staff. We even chatted to cleaning staff. Lady at the reception was very knowledgeable around the area. Common area has well equipped kitchen. Nice atmosphere throughout. Well recommend.

Struttura funzionale, pulita, pur essendo un continuo ricambio di ospiti era silenzioso e tranquillo.

I had a wonderful stay, staff are very accommodating and super helpful. I stayed in the women’s only dorm which was roomy and quiet, bathrooms were clean and modern. I also had dinner at the Eden restaurant below, guests of the hostel get 15% off!

I decided to stay one more time and samw experience. It was a comfortable and peaceful stay. I even got a kind gesture from Maria as a revisiting guest. Would recommend it hundred percent.

L'hôtel est bien situé et reste très calme (on n'entend pas le bruit de la rue). La chambre individuelle est spacieuse, propre et la salle de bain est très satisfaisante. Petit déjeuner sommaire. Espace commun pour ceux que ça intéresse : sommaire, ce n'est pas une vraie auberge de jeunesse avec plein d'espace, c'est une seule petite pièce avec cuisine et salon. Possibilité de faire une lessive pour 10€ (et on a juste a donné le linge sale, ils s'occupent du reste, c'est très appréciable). J'aurai pu mettre quasi 5/5 mais : - la literie est à revoir (ça forme un creux au niveau du dos, c'est peu agréable). - la dame de l'accueil qui nous a fait le check-in et le check-out devrait trouver un travail sans contact avec la clientèle. Elle est désagréable, non concernée. C'est probablement la personne la plus désagréable existante en Croatie mais on ne gagne pas d'award avec cela.

Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable. I stayed here with my son aged 12, and it was great for us. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. Aircon was lovely and cool!
