The apartment had all the amenities including a washer and dryer. This was helpful to do a load of laundry at the mid point of our trip.

Apartment is modern, spacious and reasonably well appointed. Owners very helpful and communicative. Small items need maintenance, but nothing major.

Litterie très confortable y compris le lit escamotable (qui est en fait un vrai matelas) Malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive, une femme particulière aimable était présente pour nous accueillir, nous expliquer tout ce qu'il fallait savoir sur le logement et nous donner quelques conseils de visites à Porto. Je recommande vivement cet hôte.

It was a little cold inside the apartment. It is functional and in a central location.

Amazing hosts. Great communication even before we arrived in Portugal. Our train was late coming in to Porto. Thank you Sarah for your patience and your warm guided tour of the place. Booklet provided in the room gave us very useful and detailed info to all near by shops. Beautiful and meticulous design. Very comfortable beds. Centrally located. We had a great time in Porto, in part, because we had such a lovely stay.

We were met on arrival by a lovely lady who showed how everything worked and gave great tips on restaurants and things to do. We ate at two of the restaurants and they were both lovely. Communication was excellent from before we arrived until departure. They even have a place to store your bag a few doors away for free which we used as we had a late flight. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It had a washing machine (with some washing pods) coffee machine (with coffee) , iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Lots of wardrobe space, a lovely comfortable bed and air con. We cannot fault the apartment. The apartment was on a quiet street which was on a steady incline ( it so is all of Porto so flat shoes are needed). It was about 5 mins walk to Balhoa market and 12 minutes to Sao Bento station. There was two great breakfast places on the street (it’s a very long street) that are a must try - do Norte by hungry biker and alice in brew land. Porto is a great place with something for everyone. I would definitely recommend the port tour.

The apartment was lovely, and in a perfect location. Fabio was a great host and set us up perfectly for a great trip in Porto.

Fabio was fantastic and always quick to reply. He brought us extra coffee pods, hangers, soap for washer and dishwasher. He met us upon arrival and showed us how everything works and also provided a short manual about Porto . The bed was comfy and also the Murphy bed came in handy!! The area is great, lots of restaurants and coffee places when you walk down the hill. However, most places dont open until 10 or 11 am , so you may need to walk a bit further to find a coffee.

No parking and it was about a 1 km walk to park our car, and it was 17 Euros a day, so an added expense. The washer/dryer was very difficult to figure out also. But it was a beautiful accommodation, very clean and quiet, and very central. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
