Everything went as expected, very responsive staff, excellent experience.

Nice hotel. I belive it was recently renovated. Staff was really nice. Overall the hotel is pretty clean. Carpets had a few stain spots in the room and a torn spot. No big issues for me. Bathroom was clean as well.

Property was great! Staff was great! One of the cleanest places I’ve stay in a long time, i definitely will be back!

The enterance is so dark at night.There is no signs at the front.Two times I missed the way in.

The people at the front desk were all nice. The rooms were cleaned everyday. No hair, no bed bugs, no itching

Perfect location if you are looking for close proximity to the mall or museums. Quiet,clean, great staff for check-in or check-out and a special mention to the breakfast staff you ladies and gent were awesome!

I am so glad to find a good, spacious, convenient, reasonably priced hotel in Memorial area in Houston. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. It will be my destination hotel in Houston from now on.
